Delta Dry® undercast padding has a patented 3D knit structure for stretchable application comfort. This protects the skin with a comfortable layer of water-resistant, breathable and washable mesh. It offers excellent drainage and quick drying for improved hygiene and reduced risk of maceration or odor.
Delta-Dry® products are used under synthetic cast tapes providing a fully water resistant immobilization unit for the conservative treatment of fractures. If physicians allow, patients are able to swim, shower or bath during fracture treatment.
As Delta-Dry products are allowed to get wet, patients’ can wash their hands, or shower without using cast protectors or cast covers.
