Illegal, means they aren’t here legally, and that means a law was broken. Don’t break the law and there won’t be any worries. It’s called consequences for your actions.
The Filipino government told their people (illegally here) to return home and apply legally. He said if they are deported, they will never be allowed to apply if they were deported.
If they are here illegally they are breaking the law and should be deported. If his wife wants to be with him she can go with him if she chooses. It’s hard to have sympathy for these people. The fact they they are here illegally means they are breaking the law and are thus criminals.
Did you know when America was founded, no such law existed. There was no government ID such as SSN. Soon the ID will be digital, and I'll be happy to renounce my birthright citizenship over their technocratic agenda.
Oh gosh!! I love common sense. Why would you get involved with a man who came in illegal and cry after the fact. People don't take responsibility for their poor actions. People just go through life with their head in the sand. I can't fathom going to another country and think I can break the law and expect it to be accepted and just don't follow up with the required paperwork to become a citizen
Wouldn’t it be nice if all that “free money, housing, medical care” went to our American citizens that need the help? How about starting with our veterans, start with the ones that are homeless. How about our elderly? No one, but especially our senior citizens should have to choose between medication or food?
I would like to think if you are willingly marrying someone who is not legal.. then the best gift you can give that spouse is to help that person become legal.. instead of trying to skirt around the laws ect
My husband and i paid $AUD 84,000 to emigrate to Australia to be with our daughter. After 10 years we became citizens. Legal, no stress, just expense. It was because we were over 45 years old, even though our professions were on the wanted list, sign language interpreter and paramedic. We have no complaints and have been treated well.
When my grandparents came from Poland they went to Ellis Island and needed a sponsor have a job and learn English! Late 1800s,also as with my husbands Grandparents from Germany!
Grandparents came over on a boat from Germany through Ellis island. Exactly the same thing that’s how it worked. They also work for less pay because they were immigrants but it was worth it to be an American 🇺🇸
Thank You for speaking common sense 🙌 I have gotten to the point that I can't even respond to these "Oh Poor Me" Bull$hit Do it legal, and you don't have to worry! And if your hear illegally, go find out how to become legal or LEAVE!!!!
I think that they are just not knocking on everyone's door, searching . They will target those illegals that they encounter in traffic stops or someone caught in a crime.
We have an extended family member who married a lady from another country. They married and then applied for her to immigrate. It took about a year. The quickest solution would be to voluntarily leave and apply as a spouse. He vacationed to visit her while they waited so they weren't separated long. She is now a citizen.
Deporting the gangs that have taken over the large cities first, then going after the ones that have already had their asylum hearings and were denied. Thank you for your voices of reason.
I agree with y'all. All the other people can go about it legally and it's not fair for their process and money when people come illegally and think they can reap the rewards. It doesn't work that way.
unfortunately the long and expensive beaurocratic process makes it difficult for the good to become citizens. it is not easy. and yes it stinks to see the huge influx coming in without being vetted.
@@anitalouise8595 Nothing new. It's a process no matter where. Try living in Europe for a long time without a residency permit. You will get your passport stamped and be banned for 3 years or more.
Tom Homan Trumps appointed borderczar said that he would deport the family if they don't want to be seperated. If they are illegal they will be deported.
LEGAL IMMIGRANTS have a 5 year waiting period before they can apply for ANY type of public assistance. LEGAL IMMIGRANTS must reside in the USA for 5 years in order to apply for Naturalization.
Our server yesterday was a very sweet young lady. She is hispanic. When I gave her the tip, I said No tax on tips! She smiled and whispered “ I voted for Trump’!
This topic really touches a nerve. We spent so much time, money and paperwork to adopt our son and bring him here legally from Ukraine, and our sister-in-law from Costa Rica spent so much time being allowed to stay here after she and my husband’s brother got married here. She had to go back to Costa Rica for 15 months (as a newlywed) before she was allowed to return. She soon became a US citizen.
How does she know who she married, most drop their IDs when they cross the border. And most countries have their own laws that are enforced, so you might not even have the option of going to his country.
I for one appreciate your honesty in telling the truth as we know it. It’s uncomfortable sometimes but that’s life. There are laws and rules that protect everyone. These have been breached.
I know people who paid A LOT to be here. It took months and months and months for it to be all finalized. I have seen the citizenship test in person. I have had it in my hands. It was questions like a history test. It was interesting to review. And yes they passed it !
When you come into the country legally, you have to have an American sponsor for that person stating they will be financially responsible for that person should they need to go on government assistance. People who hop over the border, basically get everything they want for free such as housing, healthcare, food assistance, etc.
Other countries have walls and rules. You have to apply for visas...paperwork, learn the history and language...try getting married and get citizenship in Guernsey, you have to apply for visa each yr for 5 yrs and spouce (who is citizen) has to drop down in status, kind of like a cast system, for marring a foreigner. crazy.
Illegal isn't always bad but does raise a caution flag. I know a person who married an illegal, who crossed over many times; now divorced, as it was found this person had married others and had children with different women; many lies, took trips meeting other women, stashed money, bought land, and set self up good for when the time came to split. Sad. Beware; trust with caution.
"Is there a way to carry out mass deportation without separating families?" correspondent Cecilia Vega asked him. "Of course there is," Homan answered, "families can be deported together." Tom Homan, recently appointed border czar
So basically, Tom Homan was saying the way to avoid ripping families apart is to have the entire family be deported. Otherwise, families will be separated. If you think families will not be ripped apart, you're kidding yourselves.
Yes that was what I was referring to that clip right there. So I wanted to vote for Trump because of the Christian values that he supports. But then I didn't because my husband is illegal so then I felt bad for him. I'm sure God will understand my reasoning.
I've seen videos (yes I realize its a social experiment) where people are like we have 3 imllegal immigrants here do you have room for them in your house and mysteriously they don't "have the space on their homes"
People currently in the USA illegally should begin taking the steps to BECOME LEGAL as soon as possible. As long as they are abiding the current laws, they may be able to keep from being deported by taking these steps and continuing to "do right by the law". They MAY have to serve some time or pay some fines (I'm no expert on immigration) but it beats living in fear. By entering the country illegally, they have already broken the law, period. Legal immigration is wanted and welcomed, bringing parts of their origin culture and language and integrating with United States society. I have known MANY immigrants, and a handfull who became citizens during our friendship (when we met they were not citizens yet but learned American English, learned our laws, studied, did the paperwork, etc and became lawful citizens). There IS that path for so many who do the work. And for any immigrant who was running from the law or their unlawful behavior in their home country, they may face criminal penalties and may not deserve to stay in the USA, depending on the crime and the burden of proof. Moral of the story is: Do the work to be a LEGAL citizen if you want to stay.
At first I thought this might be the first video that I would give a thumbs down. I am glad I listened to the whole thing. Thanks for sharing that. Thumbs up!
I agree with you. I’m afraid that the video title will keep people from viewing. I think your information is so important and so fair that it should be viewed. I do care about all people… but, if you are illegally here and not willing to do what others have been willing to do to become an American, there is some shade somewhere. Thank you for all that you do… especially you having the courage to talk about the #1 concern in our country.God bless…✌️🙂❤️
You reap what you sow. If someone is in a country illegally, keep your nose clean, and get legal advice about how to be allowed in legally. My friend married a woman from overseas, and our government refused to let her live here, so in 2020 my friend moved to the country his wife is from. He has to live there with her for 5 years and then they can apply for her to come here. This couple got married here in this country, but if they want to be together, they have to follow the laws of whatever country they are in.
There is a lot of grace……..as a legal immigrant (turn American citizen) we give them so much free stuff that our own citizens aren’t being taken care of. Would you be willing to house an illegal?
Not mean to ask for people to be vetted, a history of them and to know they are going to good citizens. As a born here citizen. 4th generation born here citizen have to show every single time I go to get a license, birth certificate, copy of divorce decree and a copy of my now marriage license plus two bills with my name and address on it and another firm of ID just to renew my license and they come here without and get the same. Why should we as citizens tolerate being treated as such and other that are "UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS" just get a welcome mat. Can someone explain this to me?

That's what I'm thinking. Sounds like individuals will be grandfathered in!
I know! I was talking to a friend just today about this! Is it more illegal if the person doing the crime is mean? (We were discussing scammers)

How could you marry someone who is in the country illegally? Wouldn't there be a red flag when you were getting a marriage license?
Marriage license… good question.
If it's a sanctuary city or state they probably looked the other way.
