Have you tried to do the command "/setSkin Sapphire" with the Minigun and the Sawn-Off?
The Minigun will turn into a overpowered machinegun.
And the Sawn-Off will turn into a powerfull singleshot (it can one shot the Shadow Mutant if you shoot it in the face).
The bad thing about Sapphire is it reduces the gun's ammo capacity

The reason the fallen soldiers didn't have guns is because there's a glitch now.
It's hard to explain if someone tries to take a gun that another person has. It disappears and glitches out. I don't play the multiplayer, so i'm not sure this happens to players, too
