Omg yesssss. I got so excited when I saw this post and exclaimed out loud- my dog who was sound asleep got out of bed to check what was up with me😂 Thank you as always! ❤ Also, I am buying both your books. Partially because your stories are the best and particularly out of gratitude. Your stories always come when I need them most. Last video I was super sick. This post, I’m in a state of acute anxiety. My dog- my closest companion for the last six years potentially has severe arthritis or bone cancer. Tomorrow morning is our appointment to find out which and my anxiety is at high peak. I wouldn’t have slept without You and your work this evening. Please know how deeply you are appreciated
Oh I am sorry to hear about your dog's ailments Alyssa - I hope some good treatment can be found for him. Thank you very much for your kind comment too - I hope you will enjoy the books! Take care!
‘“Hotbed of bad behaviour” lol, that’s putting it nicely. What an absolute shower they were, everyone lied and none of Broughton’s claims in Court would have passed muster. I know the story, but this is by far the best rendition I’ve heard. Thank you very much.
Finally as a kenyan I am glad to see this being featured here!!! I have always been a history buff and Joslyn Hay with his happy valley set have been such a fascination to read about. I even went upto Errol's place of eternal rest just a few minutes from the capital city Nairobi.
I lived in Nairobi for 3 years in the late 80s and met a few old-timers who were still alive from those days. They all thought that Broughton was most likely the murderer, although Joss Hay had made many enemies as such due to his lifestyle, etc. The site where Hay was killed was still a sort of 'spot' that was pointed out to newcomers on arrival. Diana had died the year before I arrived and hence the was a lot of chit-chat going around. You can still tour Karen Blixen's house and get a feel for what their residences were like (I believe she was part of the Happy Valley scene for a time). Great video reviewing the story, trial and conclusions.
I believe in her "Out of Africa" book, Karen Blixen wrote of meeting Joss in Nairobi and inviting him out to her farm "for a bottle". He asked if he could bring Alice. But before they arrived, Karen unexpectedly had two guests, tourists. She described them as two "corpulent" American women who took tea with her and started gossiping about all the terrible immoral people in Nairobi that they had read about. Karen wickedly let them go on and on and then described their shock as Joss and Alice pulled up. She imagined the two tourists had a better tale to tell their family back home than seeing a lion.
Absolutely amazing documentary. You really string it all together in an easy-to-follow narrative. I admire your work, as a true crime writer myself, knowing how hard it is to make such mysteries easy to follow. Thankyou.
Ah you are very kind: many thanks indeed! You are so right - trying to hone down the ballistics evidence (which constituted 6 days of the trial alone!) was a nightmare - you do the best you can, and hope to please most, I think! All the best to you.
Another masterpiece! Exceptional research, great analysis of this crime and excellent narration of this fabulous story. I am beyond impressed, and enjoyed this immensely! Thanks for all your hard work! Mark, you are super talented!
My English relative was an expat in Kenya at this time. Not part of the Happy Valley set! He was the opposite of rich, but making his way out there, and felt duty bound to return to England to fight when war broke out. Mr Maguire I have now run out of your videos and you have spoilt me for so long I'm just not sure I can go back to other crime channels I used to enjoy! Thank you.
OMG, the crime that fascinated me so many years ago. I read White Mischief (well titled) and saw the movie. I know I will enjoy your erudite narrative on this sordid tale. You bring quality UA-cam. Just bought you a thank you coffee,

Probably the best crime documentary on the internet, as easy on the ear or eye depending on whether you are just listening or watching, both of which I usually do several times. Just a shame I can’t seem to be able to buy a cup of coffee but at least have ordered the book, which am sure will be an excellent read.
Mark (if I may), I'm a devoted partaker of your splendid murder expositions. I called-by your site today, after a while away therefrom, and was delighted to find a freshly-minted video. Great work, as ever. One mustn't be complacent, but I've come to expect (and find) engaging and careful presentations from your good self. New stories, generally obscure today, and piles of interesting historical detail: I l-o-v-e accurate detail, so am invariably satiated after a visitation to your channel. How do you do it? Its a very rewarding watch. To this video: what a bloody awful lot, these colonials - dissolute and decadent, these morally bankrupt swines typify the worst of what comes from an excess of money, a dearth of morals, and a surfeit of what lefties call "entitlement". Less sex, more morality; that's what they needed. Great work Mark - keep going!
Again, your production is a testimony to your preparation...I appreciate the work it must be to bring a story like this to life... Bravo Mr. Maguire...nicely done...
I am very familiar with this case and its the same old story- young woman with high expectations laches on to an older rich lonely man. She sleeps around with Hay and is not even discreet about it. Men will never learn. No doubt she knew how to manipulate men because after her husband died, she married other rich men and took control over their estates and lived to be an old lady
I feel like it's Christmas everytime I see you've uploaded a new video! I bought your new book as well, and as always I applaud all of your hard work with both my friend!!
Whoa! Ten minutes in and already loving this, the narrator is very captivating. I’m a Kenyan and never heard of this story. Can’t wait to finish it. Thanks for the upload.
Never heard of the ‘Happy Valley’ mob who frequented the Djinn Palace? Wow! I read book ‘White Mischief’ in my twenties”, & was fascinated by the various characters’. They seemed to run amok like they’d been let off the ‘leash’ of the UK. I loved the film, same title as book, with Charles Dance, & the beautiful Australian actress, Greta Sacchi. Worth watching for the costumes’, scenery, & of course, superb acting by all the cast.
Thank you Mark for another intriguing case, impeccably told as usual. I had heard of this case before, but not the details. I was interested to learn that the Earl’s ancestral home in Scotland was Slains Castle. I know of it as influencing Bram Stoker who used it the image of Dracula’s castle.
I have read "White Mischief" and have viewed many documentaries on the Lord Erroll case which I came accross young when attending school in Karen. Many of these have been very dramatised because of the implication of the Happy Valley crowd, which is not farfetched but I agree, and thank you for this coherent account of the timeframe and immediate facts. I saw one documentary which brought in confession material ( reels/tapes ) as taken at the time of the inquest, but this should all be taken with care. I don't think there is any doubt that Broughton was more physically fit than he made out to be in order to walk back to the house, yes, he definately had the motive. I will add my personnal thought in knowing the landscape around the scene. Even as late as the early eighties, you wouldn't catch me in lion territory at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning, unless I was strong local or a good hunter with an extra gun in my pocket... Thank you again
Thank you very much for this insight, Helene - quite fascinating! You are quite right regarding the dangers of big cats in the area - I did read something of the risks of being out during the night in Karen. It was one aspect of the Delves Broughton alleged confession to his friend Maria Woodhouse that I found congruent: "I have never run [back to the house] so fast in my life!" Of course, he had a gun in his hand presumably too... His friend John Soames said in court that Jock was a bad shot when firing at the whisky box in November at his farm - but it also emerged in court that Jock had shot 22 elephants since the 1920s! Many thanks again for your knowledgeable comment!
I had forgotten quite how useless that lot were. There's nothing new about people living completely self-indulgent lifestyles, funded by their own or stolen money, of course. I can't help thinking that the dairy workers were the only people in the story who led useful lives performing services that helped others. In a way, it's a bit tragic that Broughton was so incapable of accepting that he couldn't pay Diana enough to keep her loyal. Still, not a cause for murder. He didn't survive long, but there seemed to be a stream of rich men to pay Diana. No fool like an old fool, I suppose.
I’ve read half the book but then suffered an eye problem which left me unable to read for a while, just getting back into it again. Frustrating to say the least!
55:16 I knew nothing about this case, but admire the way you "get under the skin" of your suspected murderer. "Had he left anything at the scene?" That's storytelling.
Well researched and narrated Mark. I have been fascinated by this case since I saw the 1987 film White Mischief. I thought the film benefited from a superb cast and captured the decadence and debauchery of the 'Happy Valley' set, although it did take some artistic license for dramatic effect, with the death of Sir Jock. It also benefited from the magnificent clarinet playing of the late Henry Mackenzie on the film soundtrack throughout and he can also be seen in some scenes. As a young clarinettist, I had the privilege of meeting him, a genuinely humble man and a superb professional. Spot on with your conclusions on this one. Only one supsect for me and he got away with it, but clearly the shunning and shame did for him not long after. On another murder you have previously covered. I see from reports last month that it was Lord Lucan's doppleganger, Colonel Mustard with the lead piping in the hall. Whether the Cluedo card clues (found in the car) story is true or not, it did make me smile... Congratulations on another fine upload. Keep up the great work - and happy Christmas too !
@@PetroicaRodinogaster264 I own a DVD copy Robyn, but I see that if you have Amazon Prime you can rent it for £2.50 (UK) or buy it for £4.99. At the other end of the scale, outside of Prime, it is in short supply on Amazon and currently showing as £39.99 for the same movie with just 1 copy left in stock ! Other cheaper options second hand of course. Charles Dance, plays Errol, with Joss Ackland, Sarah Miles, Greta Scacchi, Trevor Howard, John Hurt - fine cast, pretty accurate to the known facts.
Thank you, Johnny - now seeing that you are a clarinet player, I suspect you have more than one note in your repertoire!! I hadn't heard anything on Lord Lucan and will have to get up to speed on that! Many thanks again and happy Christmas!
@@TheyGotAwayWithMurder Well Mark, I'm not in Mr Mackenzie's league, that's for sure. The Lucan thing appeared in all the papers in the first week of November, a google search, 'Lucan Cluedo' will pick it up. Apparently it was as a result of a cold case review around 20 years ago. I do take these things with a large pinch of salt, but I must say that he does have a rather uncanny resemblance to the old Colonel !
Honestly, the Happy Valley set were a bunch of wastrels! I haven’t quite finished the video but Juanita Carberry’s confession of her private conversation and Delves-Broughton’s confession to her are very convincing. Juanita was only 14 and had no reason to lie.
Can't tell you how happy I was to see this upload. It's my birthday and it wasn't shaping up to be a great one, but this was a wonderful and unexpected boost, so thank you for that :) I get a distinct Agatha Christie vibe from this one. Maybe it's the backdrop of absurdly entitled people with shady pasts and even shadier presents inflicting themselves on some exotic locale. And as always your prose does thorough justice even to that lofty comparison. I was particularly delighted about Erroll "paying her disgraceful court" XD. It's also worth appreciating that for all Broughton's intricate scheming, he was ultimately saved by a series of unforeseeable blunders conspiring in his favor. Hope you've got a lovely holiday ahead of you and I look forward to the next one!
Another brilliant Documentary from Mr. Maguire. So lovely to hear his warm voice on a cold Winter evening. I watched The Happy Valley television adaption recently and found it far superior to the film White Mischief. Many thanks
This story has it all: a shameless serial wife stealer, an unfaithful gold-digger wife, an aging husband w/ wounded pride, anonymous letters of a cowardly snitch, etc.
Thank you for the upload. Just bought kindle edition of Murder in Miami. You are exceptional deliverer of Murder stories. Possibly the best voice on YT ...
My last McQuire fix of the day and most thoroughly enjoyed due to its immaculate research and clinical deductions, not to mention the engaging script and voice over. Brilliant! Rob
good evening mark!!!! always makes my day/night when i see another upload from you in my subscriptions! your upload schedule is all over the place, which makes it sorta like a scavenger hunt to see who can listen to the story first and have the first opinion/take-away. anyway, thanks again man. you do the world such a service bringing these fascinating stories to the light. cheers!
Don't know how I missed the notification earlier but I found it now at 1:32am on the east coast of the US so I'm so happy that I did! I'm up like a vampire as usual so this is perfect. Thanks so much. I hit the like button first thing because I already know it's going to be great.
As per your description of the characters in the beginning, I agree that it's hard to find empathy with any of the characters in this story. However, I can't say I'm surprised that Broughton was driven to desparation in the end. I could listen to you for hours, thank you Mark
I always felt that Broughton had paid a native servant (with a gun) to hide in the back floorboard of the car when Errol brought Diana home. Errol walked her in, according to testimony. The man rising from the backseat could have caused Errol to veer off the road, which could have caused first shot to go wild. Errol’s body position doesn’t look slumped into the floorboard. It looks like he’s huddled, cowering. The servant could have leaned over the seat for second shot, which would have been hard to miss. If someone was on the running board leaning in, it seems like the trajectory would have been more downward than across ear to ear. In the photo, Errol’s head appears to be facedown, not turned to the side - where I’d think it should be for that position from running board should have put it to drill that ear to ear shot. But leaning over from the backseat, the killer would have been in a more natural position to level that shot between the seat and floor well. Most accounts of settler life in Kenya show that many servants were transitory and frequently left without notice. A minor servant could have been long gone without raising suspicion or even police notice, after the murder. I think Broughton was guilty, just maybe not the actual actor. The timeline would be really tight for him to have been there, especially given the darkness of the route, and his pointed popping in on Carberry twice. Plus the danger that an unexpected passerby would note a white gentleman walking at that time of night. No one would have thought anything about seeing a native though. That’s just always been my theory, but who knows? Regardless, Broughton caused Errol’s death. But to be honest, Errol was a target looking for a murder. Somebody would have got that cad sooner or later. ( Not that any of that crowd were much better.)
The movie White Mischief was good but not always true to the facts - this is an excellent measured account of the story and most enjoyable. Thank you - and I agree - no empathy for that narcissistic hedonistic crowd!! Wishing you and your loved ones a very happy Christmas and new year, from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
Greetings from Nairobi,Kenya 🇰🇪, wishing you good health in the new year Mr Maguire. Always amazing to listen to your narrations, this one being very close home. This is one intriguing case together with all the drama surrounding the Happy Valley characters. The Karen area neighborhood hasn't changed much and I thought of this case as I drove around the area a week ago.
Thank you, Kerry - that is fascinating - I would love to have visited the area myself (not at night!) and get a feel for what was possible - I had to satisfy myself with photos and maps. All the best you!
As always, the quality of your work is top notch. I am never more excited than when a new video pops up. One day you may run out of 'got away murder' type cases to research but in the meantime, I will continue to thoroughly enjoy watching. Great stuff!
Thank you so very much for this story. I have the flu and been hoping to listen to your soothing voice . Your voice is so mellow and calming that it makes me feel better. Thank you.😊😊😊
Sex,money, jealousy/revange mixed with alcohol & heroin aso that's is a strong brew. Thank you for sharing this horrific case. Stay free wishes from North of Sweden. 🎄☃️❄☃️⭐
Countess Alice de Janzé, a member of the Happy Valley set, was also suspected of the murder as she had already shot a lover and herself in 1927, both surviving, and subsequently had an affair with Lord Erroll. She shot herself again, successfully this time, later in the same year as Errol’s murder.
It’s as though the prosecutor deliberately botched the case by the unnecessary insistence that the spent bullets were fired from a Colt revolver. I’m sure many, including some in government, considered Erroll bad baggage well dispensed with.
It has been suspected, yes - Lord Erroll was a bit of a menace, and the insistence that one of the missing (presumed) colts was responsible for Erroll's death, seems somewhat incompetent - indeed, fatal, to the case.
Mark, I received the comments on a couple other video's of yours earlier today. I had a feeling you'd upload a new essay as well and surprise, here it is. I'll listen to it a couple times before giving you my opinion. But I'm really looking forward to listening to this story. Btw, I'm hoping you'll have a Christmas essay again. I got a huge kick out of the last two.
Yes, Michael - it is a fair signal that a new video is coming, because the way in which I see the comments is time-ordered: a raft of new comments will therefore obliterate any old comments, and I will lose them! I will try to do a Christmas story in the next few days if I can.
You could be reading the ingredient list for dish detergent, and it would sound fantastic! You have a great voice. This story would make a great novel. I don't think Agatha Christie could have wrote a better one.
I just saw you had a new video out, it’s been the best highlight to my week!! Thank you for another thrilling murder case! It’s such a fascinating one! 📚♥️
Hi Mark. I'd just like to Thank you for the work you put into making these "videos", The research and checking the facts for each case is no easy task. Like many others enjoy the cases and how they are presented. This case is a favourite one of mine Each time I hear about it something makes me question the facts again.
Somehow we seem to be on the same wavelength as I was thinking about this case and wondering when you would get to it with your usual style and grace 👍
Just finished the fantastic Murder In Miami---always hard to part with an outstanding tale especially when the realization hits, "What am I to do now?" But then I saw this new offering and I must admit a wave of joy rolled right in!

Just a shame I can’t seem to be able to buy a cup of coffee but at least have ordered the book, which am sure will be an excellent read.
Ah many thanks, Chris - I do hope you will enjoy the book!
Thank you very much, Chris - I am delighted you enjoy them! Take care.
Again, your production is a testimony to your preparation...I appreciate the work it must be to bring a story like this to life...
Bravo Mr. Maguire...nicely done...
Thank you very much indeed - I am grateful for your appreciation!
Always a delight seeing an upload from you ❤❤
Thank you, Lorraine!
I feel like it's Christmas everytime I see you've uploaded a new video! I bought your new book as well, and as always I applaud all of your hard work with both my friend!!
Thank you very much indeed, Sandi - I am delighted you enjoyed it! It is Christmas and I wish you the best for it! :)
You are welcome Anne - yes I had read of its being the inspiration for Dracula's castle!
I was so excited to see the notification of a new video from you! Never disappointed, Thank you!
You are so welcome, Tee - thank you!
Fascinating ! Thank you for your time and effort, you are as fine a narrator as you are a writer.
Thank you very much, Patricia!
I love listening to these cases. Can’t wait for the next one. Thank you for all the hard work that you do to bring them to us hungry listeners!
Thank you, Diane!
Thank you very much. Simply love the true crime stories that you narrate.
You are welcome - thank you, Pandora.
So excited to see a new video!
I’m currently reading, “The Murder of Madame X: The Limeslade Mystery 1929.” Love it!
That is lovely to hear, Christine - thank you!
I actually get giddy when Mr Maguire shows up in my subscriptions!
That is a great reaction to elicit - thank you Kim!
Your writing is brilliant and narration is what draws me to your channel.
Agreed.
That is nice of you to say so, Cindy - thank you!
I’ll buy you a coffee and I just bought your latest book. You are such a fantastic storyteller that I’m more than happy to support your endeavors .
Ah - you are very kind - thank you Johelen! I hope you enjoy the book.
You should really have a show on PBS, an instant Emmy win.
Hahaha! You are so kind to say so, Dharma - thank you!
You're right; not a single sympathetic character in this drama.
I’ve read half the book but then suffered an eye problem which left me unable to read for a while, just getting back into it again. Frustrating to say the least!
Oh no! I hope you manage to finish it!
55:16 I knew nothing about this case, but admire the way you "get under the skin" of your suspected murderer. "Had he left anything at the scene?" That's storytelling.
Thank you very much, Steven - that is nice to hear.
I was going to say this would make a good movie…so I will see if I can find White Mischief and watch it. @Johnny one note
It's my birthday and it wasn't shaping up to be a great one, but this was a wonderful and unexpected boost, so thank you for that :)
I get a distinct Agatha Christie vibe from this one.
🎂 happy birthday 🧁
@@jeynjohnstone5917 Aw thanks!
Happy birthday Libba
@@carol.luna.stella Thank you 😊
Thank you very much indeed - so happy you enjoyed it! Happy belated birthday and all the best to you and yours this season! :)
Another brilliant Documentary from Mr. Maguire. So lovely to hear his warm voice on a cold Winter evening. I watched The Happy Valley television adaption recently and found it far superior to the film White Mischief. Many thanks
What’s the Happy Valley TV adaption?
@@samanthab1923 I saw it on a freeview channel a while back.
Glad you enjoyed it, Susannah.
Hahaha - me too! Thank you!
@@TheyGotAwayWithMurder You are so lovely. If I wasn't happily married I would be setting my cap at you. x
I first learned about this case when I saw White Mischief. I definitely agree with your take. Another great episode!
Many thanks, Barbara - all the best to you.
I love listening to you tell about these murders. Your voice just draws you in. Merry Christmas 🎄
This story has it all: a shameless serial wife stealer, an unfaithful gold-digger wife, an aging husband w/ wounded pride, anonymous letters of a cowardly snitch, etc.
My favourite channel !!!!!! Your episodes are very well done. Thank You!
I am glad - thank you, Bob!
Thank you for the upload. Just bought kindle edition of Murder in Miami. You are exceptional deliverer of Murder stories.
Possibly the best voice on YT ...
You are most kind, Anne - thank you!
My last McQuire fix of the day and most thoroughly enjoyed due to its immaculate research and clinical deductions, not to mention the engaging script and voice over. Brilliant! Rob
good evening mark!!!!
always makes my day/night when i see another upload from you in my subscriptions! your upload schedule is all over the place, which makes it sorta like a scavenger hunt to see who can listen to the story first and have the first opinion/take-away. anyway, thanks again man. you do the world such a service bringing these fascinating stories to the light. cheers!
Thank you, Andy - you are very kind to say so - it is my pleasure! All the best to you!
Don't know how I missed the notification earlier but I found it now at 1:32am on the east coast of the US so I'm so happy that I did! I'm up like a vampire as usual so this is perfect. Thanks so much. I hit the like button first thing because I already know it's going to be great.
Thank you - I hope it met your expectations!
Absolutely agree
That makes a lot of sense and explains the unusual position of the body.
Yay! Love seeing a notification for a new release....really looking forward to watching/listening later. Keep up the good work MJM :)
Many thanks, JoJo! :)
I've just subscribed. Love it and I love that there's no adverts
Thank you, Judith!
Perfect narration as always, your tales are evil and wicked but I feel comforted by your velvety voice.
I've never seen this channel before but yes he has a wonderful voice for narrating
Excellent as always Mark, great account and what a fantastic story of dalliance and other shenanigans, thanks for this, what a tale.
Many thanks, Derek - much appreciated!
Many thanks Emm! I'm glad you liked it - I wish you and yours a very Happy Christmas and New Year too!
Wonderful feedback I was wondering what became of that pretty house and garden
I’m chuffed you released a new video, I thought I was mistaken when I glanced at the notification first. Good to see you. 👍.
Many thanks, Lillian!
As always, the quality of your work is top notch. I am never more excited than when a new video pops up. One day you may run out of 'got away murder' type cases to research but in the meantime, I will continue to thoroughly enjoy watching. Great stuff!
Many thanks, Mark - yes, either the subject or I will run down!
Thank you so very much for this story. I have the flu and been hoping to listen to your soothing voice . Your voice is so mellow and calming that it makes me feel better. Thank you.😊😊😊
I trust you are now fully recovered - and thank you!
Sex,money, jealousy/revange mixed with alcohol & heroin aso that's is a strong brew. Thank you for sharing this horrific case. Stay free wishes from North of Sweden. 🎄☃️❄☃️⭐
Many thanks and all the best to you from the UK!
They struggled on regardless of the aforementioned hardships.
Yes! Yes! Yes! I get so excited when a notification comes from this, my favourite, channel. Happy holidays, Mr. Maguire!
Many thanks and Happy holidays, Jennifer!
Thank you Sir and Have a Merry Christmas !
Thank you too - and Merry Christmas!
Oooh, that sounds like an idea for another video!
In 1941 in another part of Africa (Tobruk) the Allies lost 6000 men killed, wounded and missing, fighting bravely and loyally. Need one say more?
Superb, as always!! Thank you so much!! Best regards from Brazil.
Thank you, Cristina - all the very best to you from the UK! Take care.
Love listening to your voice. You would have been a great history teacher. Xx
Thank you, Bernadette - you are very kind!
Oh fabulous.. thank you Mark.. I needed this tonight xxx
Thank you, Daisy - I hope you will enjoy it. :)
Hello, Happy Holidays! So glad to see you're back with a new one ..... perfect for the stormy, gray weather here in San Francisco! 🌟
Hello Melanie - thank you and Happy Holidays! It is a grey but faintly snowy day here in Britain!
What a fabulous day.
You are here.
One cannot comment at this time. I will return to do so after completing what I was doing prior to you showing up.
Wonderful, Barbara - thank you!
So glad to have a new upload!! Thank you sir!
Thank you, Tara! You are welcome.
@@TheyGotAwayWithMurder Mark, I was able to finally get the Buy a Coffee site to work...enjoy your ☕️ ☕️
You are very wonderful at this, I could listen every night..thank you. And yes I did get your book, absolutely brilliant !
Thank you very much indeed, Terry - and so glad you enjoyed the book!
You could be reading the ingredient list for dish detergent, and it would sound fantastic! You have a great voice. This story would make a great novel. I don't think Agatha Christie could have wrote a better one.

Oh thank you! :)
I just saw you had a new video out, it’s been the best highlight to my week!! Thank you for another thrilling murder case! It’s such a fascinating one! 📚♥️
Your narrative skills are a treasure…
These characters are so fascinating!! Lol, I’m sorry…I’m just finishing my 2nd time watching this and commenting as the story is wrapping up.
Hi Mark. I'd just like to Thank you for the work you put into making these "videos", The research and checking the facts for each case is no easy task.
Like many others enjoy the cases and how they are presented. This case is a favourite one of mine Each time I hear about it something makes me question the facts again.
Guaranteed to brighten one's evening and I have yet to even watch it. Sincerest thanks and best wishes.
Many thanks indeed, Marc - all the best to you!
Somehow we seem to be on the same wavelength as I was thinking about this case and wondering when you would get to it with your usual style and grace 👍
Many thanks, Steve - you are generous!
Just finished the fantastic Murder In Miami---always hard to part with an outstanding tale especially when the realization hits, "What am I to do now?" But then I saw this new offering and I must admit a wave of joy rolled right in!
Many thanks again, Mic!
