I am convinced, that if there is peace in the world, instead of war, - killing innocent babies, good fathers and mothers and raping women, as often happens in these horrible fights, with the endless lies, the humiliation, the lack of respect for humans - i am 100 % sure, its better for all of us. Peace always is better than war. But ... WHY we go to war again and again and humanity finds it so hard, to choose peace over war, kindness over hate, respect for life over killing and not respecting our fellow human beings? What causes wars? Humans do, because of ignorance. Because of lack of understanding. Because of lack of respect. Because of lack of humility. Because of lack of kindness. We can never have world peace, if we dont change our inner world, our mentality, our attitude, our minds and hearts. We cannot have world peace, without inner peace. I hope one day ,- very soon - (almost) 8 billion people will change their focus, from the violence and horror, that happened in the second world war, - and also during the roman empire, and now in Syria, in Ukraine and many other places - towards loving and respecting each other, feeling inner peace, being grateful for life and respecting all human lives, even when they might have another color, religion or idea, about how to live. As a white man i am not superior to my dear brothers and sisters in Africa, or South America and if i try to be superior to my girlfriend from Colombia, she will never accept this, because she is a very strong personality, who knows what is right and wrong. Feeling superior to other humans and killing others is wrong. Very very very wrong !!!. So what makes us kill our own species, our own brothers and sisters? IGNORANCE !!! If we dont know who we are, if we dont understand, what other humans are, we might think its ok to call them cockroaches, that need to be destroyed. We cannot have world peace, if we dont change, if we dont know and learn enough about inner peace, respect and kindness. This is the goal and objective of the peace education program ( PEP): to awaken the good in me, in us. What is good? Peace, kindness and respect for all humans, including myself & including all ( now almost) 8 billion people - babies, fathers and mothers - on this very beautiful planet. What is bad? Killing & not respecting other humans. I hope soon, we all will choose peace above war, kindness above hate and respect for all humans above using violence. I also hope that more and more people, countries and institutions will choose peace and I saw with my own eyes, that the peace education program (pep) helps and works. Why ? Watch the video of prof Michael Gilbert, ( worked his whole life in criminal justice and did research into rehabilitation programs in jails that work and dont work) in texas jail San Antonio, how the peace education program changed the inmates, from being very violent, to becoming peaceful people, who became civilized & respected human beings in society again. As a scientist and as a human being, i saw that the peace education program (pep) works and i am hopeful, more and more people will see this. I also hope, that all pointless killings will stop as soon as possible, because what is the point of killing each other, when we safely can enjoy life together in our families & communities and as kind, respectful, peaceloving, relaxed, intelligent & wise individuals on this very very very beautiful planet?

You would have to believe modern naturalistic scientific theory of evolution to believe what you are saying. You lost me. I am not a mere conglomeration of natural material. If am ceated in the image of God, I am a supernatural being as well. The wisdom and courage and peace, and empathy, and kindness are there for me because I am created in the image of God. Not because I came about as an undirected conglomeration of "nature" or materialistic processes. GOD IS LIGHT and I am created to reflect His image. Thank God my Creator. Not thank nature, but thank the God Who created me after His image. That is how I know who I am.
