It's a tough market out there. Try Docklands as well, new properties, many with water views and free trams to the city. Collins Street side much better than near the wheel.
@@DGOATD possibly. Though rental costs even in Berwick where we are based are pretty much the same cost as a Mortgage. It's pretty wild and great time for property owners. Though, I know many people who have decided to sell off their homes because the growth on the actual land has slowed to a crawl now.

Crazy to have to pay $500 p/w for an apartment when the cost of a mortgage is the same for a three bedroom house in the outer areas.
Indeed it’s quite insane but I do reckon it’s only around new semester months the price would go up
