"Men's pro soccer"? As long as football is seen as a contest between the men's and women's game, it will be bad for all... The women's game is improving fast but those awful defensive errors that decided this match were pure amateurism.
It is the same old story. Goal Keepers not being able to get the ball out of their area quickly and decisively enough and continue to be rushed into making mistakes. This should be properly worked into the training. A lot of GKs, even the so called best ones, fail in this category.
