I don’t have anyone to blame but myself. For several years I’ve known this of myself. If I move something from where I originally put it, I will only remember where I originally put it. 😳🤷♀️
Your goats like brushing like my two cats do. They didn't at first until they knew how good it felt, now they get excited when they see the brush. God bless you all.❤
Please show Braxton playing the guitar before he leaves for training. Hi Tonya, hi Rhyland! I had to reach for my back scratcher after seeing the goats being brushed. Good to see the ladies laying eggs again. God bless you and the whole family; right now, especially Braxton.
Cog Hills Farm has some round brushes that are on a poll you screw in to the ground. Putting a post in the ground and brushes on all sides would work for you too. Good luck with keeping your goats in the fence. Thank you for sharing your day. 😊
Well at least some of the goats like being brushed. So glad you're getting alot of eggs a week. 👍 I know you said that Chip use to be the bully & now tables have turned. With him being older now - I kinda feel sorry for him.😮 Can't wait to see new baby goats! Happy to see RhyRhy & Tonya 😊 Stay safe, stay warm & happy 😀 GOD Bless Your Family 🙏🙏🌹 Love 🌻 from Apex NC 💜
Look for a source to buy an old brush from a street sweeping truck co. You can install a pole of some type to put it over and the animals of all sizes can scratch themselves. Ask Jason of Cog Hill Farm how they got and installed theirs.
The goats loved the brushing. Hopefully you can train your chickens to stay off the porch. Thanks for the hard work on your videos. God Bless you all. Have you seen Jason’s (Cog Hill) goat/cows brushes?❤
Hi Myke and Tonya, That is funny brushing your goats. Are you trying to spoil them?? LOL just kidding LOL I love watching baby goats playing around and jumping , they can be so silly. Love you guys God bless and until next time take care
So neat seeing you brushing the goats they liked it.orsomedid. . Love seeing Tonya an Ry Ry. !Glad the chickens are laying. Goats willlike apost where they canbrushanscratch.😂
Cog Hill got a used street sweeper brush for their animals. It was good sized. I bet the goats would love that. You might ask the street dept. in OK City what they do with their used street sweeper brushes. Chad at Doss Farms bought some push brooms ,like you use to sweep big areas, minus the handles, and nailed them to a pole. Dollar Tree sells them for $1.25. 😜 You could nail or screw them to the side of the building for the goats to rub against.
Jason from Cog hill farms found some old car wash brushes and put one in each field for Moody and the goats and they love it. Maybe facebook market place might have some in your area. 💖💖👍👍🙏🙏💖💖
Your area might not have them. I believe Jason and Brooke at Cog Hill Farm in Alabama were suggested to get some street sweeper rollers. The cylinder style. They put them over t-posts if I remember correctly. For their goats and a mini-donkey. I’m sorry if anyone else has mentioned this.
Hey Mike, go to Coghill Farms and look at his set up he has for his cows I know you probably won’t need one as large as his but you can see what he did and his animals love it even his goats
Zion creek farm use black mats that have spikes on them. Not sure if they are door mats or car mats. They screw them to the poles on the outside of the barn. Their goats love to use them to scratch on.
The bucks are like dogs following you around lol! Good catch on the fence ground, issues like that or frustrating to find! I saw the comment about the brush last vid and thought that was genius, glad to see they like it 😊
Used to powerwash our show cattle. Brushed and curry combed them, too. Do not rinse fingers close to the powerwasher nozzle-it puts a hole in the skin! Did that as a teen back in the day...

@@FowlerFamilyFarm was taught that back in the 1970's as a child running about our family's dairy farm. Never allowed in the pasture, if we had a bull in there. Never allowed in the labor pen, if there was a calf present. In the last 20 years, Jolly #79, would attack even if the calf was another cow's, she was that maternal! She was fine, if no calf was present. Always be alert and have safety in mind!

I think all the goats will like it when I attach it to a post. Thanks Judy

You could try to find old street sweater brushes and put them around a post🤔
The goats loved the brushing.

Push broom heads make great scratching posts. Not real expensive and can be easily replaced when needed.

At least Chip will follow you. The goats look really good, brushing probably feels so good.
Chip really does like me haha
Thanks for taking me along with you. You have some good goats. Take care and God bless

She zoned out with that brush…❤❤❤

I will look for that
Brooke found the round brushes on Facebook marketplace. They were the brushes used to sweep the roads during road work.

About an inch or 2 from nozzle where water came out
Thanks.
👍
Hi Mike
Hello Barb
Get some push brooms and screw them to a pole, three or four around the pole so they can walk up and scratch on it.
For the dual purpose breeds, i figured 2 eggs per 3 hens per day.
That’s probably right.
I love the goats they are adorable 🥰♥️
A lot of fun to

Ok I can do that in the next video. Good idea!
Why no laying boxs for the chickens
The barn chickens have laying buckets, the chickens in the coop have a laying area they just choose to lay in the corner. Not sure what you mean.
❤🌷🌹❤
💖💖👍👍🙏🙏👍👍💖💖
