Kim the bouquets you made for your daughters are stunning. These are something they can keep forever and decorate seasonally with. OMG those shot gun shells turned into boutonnières, pure genius. Hoping your daughter has the best wedding day ever.
For the ribbon on the bouquet, cut the exact length ribbon to match the ones on your bouquet and glue them to the back. That way both sides are pretty. Everything you do is so beautiful! I enjoy watching you so much!
Love all the floral arrangements you've made! I can see you in a 3/4 length dress with a cream background, some kind of blue and burnt orange design, full skirt with long ruffled bottom edge, puffy three quarter sleeves or fitted/slender long sleeves (depending on preference and weather), and a wide leather belt to match some kind of short or tall boots. Like an elegant cowgirl dress!

I love those chairs with the roosters on them. Those will be amazing in so many rooms in your house. An idea for that stump is to have your boys build a roof to go over the top with shaker shingles and then put little fairy doors and windows on it and make it look like a fairy house. I’ve seen one of those somewhere I was driving and it was a tree that had been cut down and they did that to it and it was so cute. The bouquets and boutonnieres that you made are beautiful and I can’t wait until the wedding. Tell Eric that Lonnie knows exactly how he feels🤣🤪but they love us anyway!!
I received the doll in the 40’s. One of my favorite dolls along with Betsy Wetsy which I still have
I am 70 yrs old. My aunt had a Betsy Wetsy and I loved her!
That doll is a “Tiny Tears Doll”. I am pretty sure. I am 75 and I had one like her when I was a child.

DONT remove the stump!!! Add a roof and make it a fairy/ gnome house... You can make it English or French country and there are kits you can use...they are amazing- Jennifer

The doll looks like she is from the 1950's, maybe 40's. Have you checked the date on her? The dress is short & the style is what you would find mid-century. Love the rooster chairs.

I got that same doll for Christmas and was so happy. Unfortunately, the body rotted away but I still have the head. That doll has such a cute face.

I change out my quilt set for Fall and Christmas and then the rest of the year I have a white quilt set. That's all the decorating I do to my bedroom and spare bedroom for the Seasons.

Growing up that is the type of doll we got at Christmas. In town they had a 'doll hospital '. It was a shop that had rows of doll heads, wigs, hands etc. It was kind of eerie looking in the window. I usually change my bedspread. Curtains and some decor in the spring. Considering the outfits the wedding participants are wearing...did you ever think of a dress by Gunne Sax ?I don't know if you are familiar with that brand, but they have lovely dresses. I know E bay has some and possible vintage clothing store would. Take care.

Second thought. If boots are too casual, maybe some heels along the lines of what the bridesmaids are wearing. I think a mother of a bride usually wants to look elegant second to the bride, and boots may be too casual.
Kim I laughed so hard my husband came in to see what was so funny, if that’s not me also, up to my eyes in a lot going on but I have to decorate for fall! That made my day! I love that sectional it looks really cosy. Im not well enough to decorate my bedroom for fall (Autumn) Although i ill probably change the bedding to a more warmer looking one. But thats it. Xx i love that bouquet so pretty xx

Fall and Halloween is my absolute favorite season to decorate. My husband goes crazy when I start because he doesn't understand you have to put the other season away first. He always likes it when I'm finished though.
Hi Kim. The bridal arrangements look amazing. Wao. I was think, that the only place you might find the columns, it will be Louisiana or one of those southern stat that have the type of home you have. It will probably cost . Not sure. I am surprise that there is no one around you. Can hubby cut the decor piece in the top and reconstruct the rest over something that holds the ceiling? Just an idea. Try Black Dog salvage in Virginia or salvage companies closer to you for the columns
I change my bed to a fall bedspread and pillows. I also do it for Christmas. But that's all. Just the bedspread and throw pillows.

Your daughters wedding is going to be amazing! I know you'll find the perfect dress. I couldn't find one in the stores 😳so I had to order mine off the website. The new chairs and baby doll were great finds. I've been changing out my bedding and adding just a small bit of Christmas in the master bedroom for a couple of years. ❤ 🙏

Have y’all thought about installing iron beams and camouflage them with wood? Add the wood around? (The Porch Co.)like a Versa wrap column wrap? They are spendy but could poss construct yourself? Well, your baby doll isn't to creepy. I think its the bonnet. No I do not decorate my bedroom for the seasons. I'm doing good to decorate my living room. I'm sure the wedding is going to be stunning.
