    Nicely done, there’s a twisted wire inside the p cool nozzle that catches lots of gunk. If you machine plastics it’s a good idea to look into the supplemental tray filters for where the coolant dumps back into the tank. Somehow plastic always finds its way to where it shouldn’t be.

      The week I fixed this, I shared what I was doing on LinkedIn. Two other shops were having to fix their Pcool too. Those stray chips always manage to find a way in there, huh?
      We haven’t taken on any plastic jobs yet. If we do, we will definitely look into those tray filters. Thanks for sharing that!

    Just a weekend of maintenance would prevent that, but no, keep it running and neglect preventative maintenance.

      Lmfao yeahhh because it’s sooo impossible for this to happen if you do maintenance. It still happens at our shop even WITH MAINTENANCE 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
