@Emma Parta Pretty sure it got ruined because of this show. I doubt they are bfs, probably solved their differences and came to a mutual agreement but being in such a toxic environment where you're purposely prodded and your child is involved isn't something you just brush off.
The kids aren't acting. The emotions and stress is real and just from the body language from the parents and the other adults you can tell it's a lot more real.

What bothers me, and what I think is really telling, is when Ellie is making conversation with the girls, most of them just brush her off and don’t even try to include or be nice to her. No wonder she latched on to the only one that was welcoming to her - gia

I think that this was a bit inappropriate of Abby to bring up such a controversial issue right before the girls perform, but I guess things like that have happened in the past so everyone is used to stressful situations.

I don’t get how they get angry at Gianina “separating” their team, but when Elliana tried to socialize with them and tried to get into the team, none of them tried to be nice to her, even Elliana felt bad.

they were not angry at her... pressley simply told her that she thought it was weird that she stopped talking to her and was all over Eli when she was there and when she wasnt, she would be all over her. Gianina just took it too hash and started getting mad and crying.. They wanted Eli to feel welcom by every girls but since Gia took her to herself, it was a bit more complicated for them.. they disnt know how to approach her anymore
OMG I know right? I imagine that when Eliana came along, things were already pretty tense among the kids. A lot of fighting was going down between Joanne (Gianina's mom) and pretty much everyone. That probably put Gia in a weird spot with the kids, even though they were trying to keep things nice. I can definitely see Eliana and Gia both feeling on the outskirts of the group and clinging to each other. If the other girls were actually concerned about the clique-ness/connectedness of the group, they should have just made more efforts to reach out and include everyone. All they've done is divide things even more harshly into an "our group vs. theirs" mentality. I also think it's interesting that all of that BS came out because Gia brought up that she felt they could have purposely told her the wrong timing, and then it was like, "well you've been really clique-y!" Just saying. TBH I really don't like Ashley/Presley, Stacey/Lili, and to a lesser extent Sarah/Michelle: they just come off like mean girls and I think it's seeping into their daughters.
123 456 I feel like the whole “took her for herself” is kind of a weird thing to say in the first place. There are always opportunities to include everyone and I definitely see lily, Presley, and Sarah making a clique to begin with. Even Ellie said that Gia was just the one that was the most welcoming
You’re right but these girls are coddled by their parents and have inherited their worst traits, so they don’t know that. The only ones I see having a career after this are Elliana, Brady, Gianina, and Savannah.

I think Yolanda's actions and words have been twisted to make her seem like a bad person and I think Elliana can see that as well, hence why she wanted to leave.

She then went and told her mom that Yolanda “got in her face and screamed.” That did not happen, and her claiming it did is the reason Stacey ran out and confronted Yolanda when she was trying to leave the situation. So Yolanda grabbed at her throat. They’re both trash that’s the point of the show but Lilly objectively did lie and honestly it’s the reason her mom got “strangled”

Honestly, Stacey is the crazy one. I hated Yolanda when she first came to dance moms and she did attack Stacey. Though watching the fight back her hands were around her throat but it does seem like it is only to push her away. Yolanda tells more truth out of the story then Stacey ever did and to be honest Yolanda didn't do anything wrong by telling lily off. Stacey always exacerbates every situation she's in and it's getting old. Stacey needs to grow up or leave the team because she's the one dragging down the team. And it blows my mind that every other mother one to jump on Eiliana and Yolanda when Eiliana is the strongest dancer on the team.

She said it calmly and respectfully said it to her. If every child only got told off by their parent-children would be so badly behaved. Sometimes it's better for a third party to tell a child off. I think the show makes mostly everyone the bad guy/girl besides the people they want to be(ex.hannah) but I think it wasn’t right for Yolanda to take out her issues with the other moms and address lily in the first place so this wouldn’t even be happening. I really feel bad for Yolanda, especially in later episodes of Season 8. It's obvious that she's trying to steer away from the "Crazy Mom" the producers painted her as the last time she had been on. You can even see it in her eyes that she's not fully committed to the bit later on. It really sucks because she's not a psycho and she is actually a fantastic mother.
Leave it to lilly whom is one of the youngest to be the most mature..

Liliana was actually lying because first of all Yolanda wasn’t yelling at her and second of all Yolanda actually didn’t choke her. Stacey just wanted Yolanda to get kick off the team.
