Under crewed ships are still viable or was it fixed? Also.. why is your UI is so informative? Theoretical turn rate.. Actual.. Estimated.. Identification values with CIC with Citadel with Intel.. Is your game modded or something? There is way too much information which i can't see in current version.

Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Nebulous/Saves/Fleets
You can also add subfolders that the game will recognize.

yes, but only if your command systems are blow your DC systems in the fleet editor.
