Re done v not done tasks on the calendar. You can create two calendar views- one done and the other not. Import them both to nCal and set them as different colours. When they get marked done they move from one view to the other and are visually different.
I've been using Notion Calendar since it's release and time blocking has been game-changing for me. I still heavily rely on tasks, but using Notion Calendar AS my to-do list is awesome. Being able to see tasks from not only my three main task lists, but also my projects is huge. As much as I hate Outlook, I still need it for work, and being able to see my Outlook calendar in Notion Calendar would be awesome and really make time blocking super easy. Notion Calendar still has a LONG way to go, but I've really been enjoying it!
Yeah, Notion Calendar for time-blocking has been amazing. I think I'll make a video at some point showing how I actually use it throughout my day as it's become such an important part of my productivity
Thanks a lot! It would be nice to have in notion template also the ability to add the tasks which are happening regularly (eg. weekly). So one dont need to specify it manually each time (running each Monday, or classes, which are on Wednesday from/ to). With this "double checking" of completed task is weird. I hope the notion developers are notified about that issue and could do update in Notion Calendar.
I came across your template videos and tempaltes. I am a small business owner (team of 5). I would like to purchase or have a database designed that will work for our needs. Whic one of your templates has: team project views? CRM? task management for teams? Finance and budgeting for business (multiple locations if possible), time tracking for projects. I have looked at many templates, reached out to multiple Notion creators and am having difficulty finding a notion database that will work for us since each department has different needs within a project system. Do you have any recommendations? which template would work best for an all in one small company database?
I have a similar set up but all my tasks are stuck at the top of the day in Notion calendar and I'm not able to drag and drop them into a time block (It shows a red prohibited emoji). I've searched the internet but can't find the reason / what's wrong. Does anyone have any idea? It is driving me insane! Thanks
