I am surprised they used right leg heel stretches so much. The flyers are really lacking flexibility on the right leg. Especially the center flyer and the far left front row flyer. I noticed this with quite a few teams last year, and it drives me crazy. Why would they keep a right heel stretch if the flyers can't do it with good form?? Obviously they are an amazing and talented team, I am just saying...
I can't be the only one who thought they looked really sloppy this year. There's a lot of people not performing, timing was off, stunts didn't look quite as strong.. idk they did good but they have looked better
Every gym gets new athletes every year for a team though, you can't expect them to be like on point every year, which imo this year they were as good as the others.
