This is Nora and I am back with another mouthwatering dessert recipe today which I named it as Chocolate Bombs. before we start do me a favour press that subscribe button as this is the only thing in the world that you will get for free ...apart from the free advises ur children get from u everyday.
Do you think this reaction is possible when you spend just 15 minutes in the kitchen to make a super fresh dessert. Well lets find out and watch this video till the end and make this dessert with me. enjoy lockdown 101
starting with 1 tbsp ghee in a hot hot pan. followed by 1/2 cup milk and i full cup milk powder. pls feel free to mix it well at this point of time as we do not want our any lumps in your throat ...oh so sorry for that pj+.as u can see i am tired using this kadchi so using a beater to mix it and ensure there are no lumps. once this is cooked we will add 2 tbsp cocoa powder to get a rich chocolate flavour in our outer layer of the bomb. cook it for 2 minutes. Add 2 tbsp of castor sugar and mix mix mix ...for 5 minutes till the time this is collecting together like a sweet bomb like chocolate dough exactly the same consistency of chocolate colour playdoh that you children play with. Now I again making the hand movement that i do in every episode ..oh thats a thumbs up. keep this dough aside.
Moving on to the filling...taking 1/4 cup fine desiccated coconut , 2 tbsp of dry fruits powder. You can alternatively take powder of any dry fruit of your choice, 1 tbsp condensed milk to give that sweet kick that ur children give u every single day for not letting them watch tv for countless hours. combine all the ingredients together. then the best part ...call your child to make these cute little sweet bombs like I and Lakshu are making. here check it out. Final step. gently take little bit of chocolate dough you just made in your hand. make sure u grease ur hands with ghe and make these chocolate bombs wih coconut filling. this is the fastest indian dessert that i have made toill date. see i am learning so much in these lockdown days. SO we are done. these bombs can be eaten right away ...check this reaction of Lakshu andyou will know how yummy it is!.
