I wondered where you been; hell i had gastro surgery myself on may 20th and I've been off work still on short term disability. a 12 inch incision straight down the middle of my stomach and 14inches of intestines cut out, ouch :) but they saved my life. anyhow get better sir!!!💯

While I'm watching with my 17 year old little black dog my wife telling me I should be taking the prostrate medicine the doc gave me a year ago when then cleaned the kidney stones out. Isn't it fun to get old.
I’m enjoying the journey…mostly. It’s all about perspective, and mine sucked past few days. Kinda age related. 🤷🏼♂️ This morning things are turning better. I have another chance to make a great day. Physically activity wasn’t cause of hernia. It does limit some excessive lifting for a while, but I’m not backing off. I’m just easy on the throttle. 👍🏻😉
