you need to upgrade 3 stars anyway for collection/codex. also it'll help you in the early to progress faster and do higher content i.e. lvl 5s in familiar adventure, instead of just hoarding beans and not being able to do lvl 5 familiar adventure because you are indefinitely waiting for a 4 star of that element which you don't know when it will appear. there's no need to be frugal over upgrade materials, they are farmable.

Regarding weapons and sub-weapons, may i ask if its better to just get the effects of the other 4 star weapons rather than using 4s fire weapon + upgraded 3s fire weapon + another 4s weapon for a fire deck for example? (4s fire 4s earth 4s water VS 4s fire 3s fire(turned to 4s and awakened) 4s earth)

i thought about it for a while and decided its worth to lvl up 3 stars falilars and gear. by the time u got them all maxed and awakened ull still need so long before 4 star gear gets awakened to the lvl where its better thatn ur 3 star. leaves u enough time to collect all rss for when 4 stars r ready

I want to also add-on, I think it's a mistake using FB materials as Fuse Pot feeds cuz in endgame, you will really need that Rare 4S like the Ring from Giganti to add for more higher CP since, Rare type has still has higher CP than ordinary 4S's. Also, I don't know if it's better to exchange Swift Certicate into Conquest since, if u reach ur max lvl, the only thing that is good to find in Swift Quest now is the Summoning Tickets, while in Conquest, Jelly Bottles r the ones that is rare to come by(especially useful for F2P Players), while also the Enhancement materials could later be used on either exchange for Tier 2(?) Enhancement material for ur Equipments to be enhance up to lvl 11 & so on

So I got 3 or 4 one star weapons and few 1 star equipments (armor,helmet,gloves, boots) as well which I already awakened it 10 times, can I use it now to upgrade it / feed it to my main weapon or it's need to stay to my inventory? I'm afraid if I feed it or salvage it, the extra/bonus cp might lost because I used it for salvage/feeding purposes.

waiting for your 4* to awakening 3 would take ALOT of time. its best to upgrade 3* as much as you can to move further to the story. collect materials and use your 4* when it overpowers your upgraded 3*

Waste of resources. 4 stars are farmable late game through crafting. Only upgrade 3 stars when you need to, and not any more.

Random question. Why does my ni no kuni on PC suddenly stops downloading and I always ends up exiting the game because it always happens and it also redownloading sometimes and when it reaches random download percentage it stops again. I’m stuck in this loop idk why, I’d really appreciate if anyone can help me with this issue
Happened to me when I reinstalled. I think it occurs when you login to another device while the PC client was downloading. I just restarted and did not touch it and it finished.
Last question answer is quite hard for f2p or low spender. I am lvl 63 with almost 600k CP, but I still never get 4* familiar from hatchs. I am low spender. I can't just let my 3-stars familiar without upgrade/evolve.
Like I said, upgrade 3 stars only when you need to.

Just got the 4* weapon select chest from the event. Would it be better to get another 4* weapon of one I already have to awaken it or get a 4* element I don't have? Like right now I'm running with a 4* fire bow and 3* earth and water bows that have been upgraded to 4*. Should I go for the fire and awaken or get a earth or water to replace the one I'm using?
Get a 4* earth bow. Fire and Earth 4* have basic attack and basic skill +15% respectively. Those are gonna live on your 2nd and 3rd slots.

You forgot the best way to spend diamonds. It is field boss pass. I am a member of rank 1 kingdom and we have korean players from kr server. They said it is the best thing to buy after getting the diamondrebate.

@@tkw7523 exactly. If the 1s/2s/3s gear is just fully awakened to 10 and not enhanced, you will still have to enhance/upgrade it for codex purposes. Lol at salvaging it just because it’s fully awakened.
Upgrading 3s is not a waste since youll be using it for the mono element build because its a rare 4s regular 4s and the 3s on the 3 slots so its pretty useful to upgrade a 3s especially if youre down on your luck on getting those 4stars
3s is a waste of resource. In end game you have to invest in in rare 4s and 4s with same element along with rare dark 4s the milky way. You need the crit chance from milky way weapons.
@@Von.. lmao 1st of all ur only talking about pvp and the 3 elements arent even needed in pvp its only milky way,chronos and either the 4s fire or earth weapon for optimal pvp build and for pve the most optimal is the mono element build which includes the rare 4s the regular 4s and yep u guessed it the 3s so you saying 3s is a waste of resources is already contradictive to your argument of an "end game" build are you even thinking about the end game at all?lmao
It's not as rare as long you are crafting from Tumba which is guaranteed. Long term 4* gives you more power for your worth. I'm already 6 * my 4 * weapons on 2 elements. Just because I waited and pity craft.
@@kidhypez bro read my comment again and actually understand it yes2 i get it 4s is stronger but im only explaining why its not a waste upgrading your 3stars.and waiting for pity early game is the same as shooting yourself on the foot in terms of progression not only will you lose territes that is much better used for upgrading the gears that you can use right now to rush farm cf f3 for better territe income youre also handicapping yourself just by forcing your luck on getting a 4star so youll be stuck on early game for a long time if you get shafted till pity as for the 3s they are easily obtainable thus easy to awaken=faster progression and youll be using them anyway in endgame pve so for efficiency sake all i can say is your method is subpar to mine.
It is a waste because the passives of the 4s Fire, Water, and Earth are extremely good. Even in pure element builds with rare 4s, you still want the 4s Fire in the 3rd slot because of that Basic Attack Damage +%. Upgrading 3s is absolutely a waste since you'll replace them eventually and you'll end up with a resource sink you can't get back.
4 stars max awakening is doable for F2P in the long term by spamming crafting.
Where do you get 4* weapons. I'm lvl 51 and my RNG sucks. I dedicated most of my resources in my 3* weapons

Yup, in Chaos fields.
People who do not pay can never compete with people who pay. They got all the shinys with 10 awakening and max enhancements. You could be lucky and have all the shiny rare 4 stars but people who pay got them completely maxed out.
Sadly that's how the world works !

2. Become yourself one of those people if you can

i think 3s weaps is usable in future, why>? for building pure element build... 3s 4s and 4s rare ..some stats in 3s cant get in 4s.. example for water hammer 3s have water attack in awakening 1 that dont have in 4s water hammer ..

Well, i just dont agree with the 3 stars weapon part. as i free to play and pvp player, im doing way more dmg with the build im into right now. Using 4* fire with 3* aweakning 7 to the boost of critical+fire dmg. Im deleting ppl with the same CP as me 640k. My water build have the same way and i get first place on Vulcano almost every day. The rest you did an amazing job reuning all this info in one video. And btw, i have the Vulcano 4*blue aweakening 2 and the Ardor blue awakening 1. I do think 50k is cheap as hell to 1% chance!!!!!!
agree to this. 3 star weapon is very important as a sub weapon to the element that you are using. im using fire build most of the time with 4 star, 3star (upgrade to 4star) and 2star fire weap, the damage is way more better.
I also agree with using 3 star, but now Im in a bottle neck because I got lucky and got a rare 4 star weapon and its cool and I want to use it but Im out of of upgrade materials.. and I cant even upgrade it.
@@gira2621 in this game you will need to have all this weapons upgrade anyway because of codex. So i still upgrade my 3* for increase dmg and codice o/. Nice lucky man! I wish you are able to awekening those babys soon 😃

If you need gold, you can sell the weapon crystals. But save the recipes because you'll need them for later when you are able to spam crafting.

Lava Valley... Oh, Lava Valley... I honestly suck at PvP. So I'm thinking of being a full-on Support. Flash Heal, Resurrection, Time Lapse/Pure Therapy, etc. Hopefully this'll work and I'll be able to get into the top 10% cause I really want that Reality Outfit and Dark Magic Crystals.
Please dont use resurrect on lava valley... Use other heal rather than that.

Also, 3 stars are actually better until end-end-end game. For example, it is easy to get asc10 3★ weapon than asc3 4★ weapon, and they have approximately same bp on start. Yet you can upgrade named 3★ more and it will give you more bp in the end (also you WILL do it anyway to get bp from journal)
I said a little over 100$. You can eventually get awaken-10 4 stars in the long term as F2P just by spamming crafting. You don't waste resources on 3 stars when you can.

And what exactly long term is? On day 6 i made another account that autoplays on fields to test some things and since then I spent around 800-900 billets to forge armor, and only have my 4★ at ascension 1, but my 3★ all are 7-9. That's a very big boost in first months because
1) raw CP difference becomes 0 only when equipment has 2-4 ascensions difference depending on equipment,
2) ascension passives for most 3★ are good (armor at least, can't say same for weapons or accessories), and
3) we will need to do it for codex anyway =|
Either way players will switch equients to legendaries later, and it should happen before they get asc 6-7 armor

I'm a goldfish (35$) and started a week after launch. I was in top 7% last week in lava and top 1% in familiar. So far I don't think it's that bad.

Blaa bla bla.. that's why your too way left behind, its easier to be over power using 3 star items, easier to find dups and make it dups +, faster progression. most of my items are star and I am at 900 +CP laughing this noob and newbee guides. Waste of resources? as you progress in the game, its just easy to find resources to upgrade or switch to 4 star with dups if your 3 star items are over powered by your gathered 4 star items in the game and just use the enhancement transfer. You surely left behind in the game if you will wait for those 4 star copies, you will be sitting like a duck just like this youtuber level 65 with 500+ CP,, tsk tsk.. sometimes you just need to use your critical thinking, be care full on what you watch as "guide" here in you tube because it will only misguide you.

I'm currently lvl 74, 700k CP with awake 6/7, 6-starred on all 4s swords thanks to crafting. If that is left behind, then I gotta have what you're smoking.
