I mist my face with water, wipe off with a cotton swab/napkin(the swab is better). Then I apply mugwort oil that I make & that's my routine 😁.

Hi Doctor , at what time nasya should be performed whether morning or evening. Im vata pitha prakiruit with very dry skin side. Also living in jangala desha ( dubai).

I dont think so.. these two oils are extremely beneficial when applied externally.

Had got a prescription from Ayurvedic doc that Anu thailam to be used first thing in the morning before breakfast .. this was for heat sinus headaches... now according to you looks like the thailam can be used any time of the day.. could you pls

No. The particle size of ghee is high to penetrate into the skin effectively. so there is no use
