Thank you so much for your support and feedback. UA-cam is definitely hard. Currently not sure if it’s really making a difference because my channel is no longer growing. But I so appreciate people like you who still continue to support. 💜 Blessings.
Hi my name is Daniel I am also visually impaired I found what you were saying is so true I also share it to my Facebook page to try to raise the awareness especially where I come from in St Vincent keep up the good work
What a great follow-up video to your last acceptance video from the beginning of your channel. So much of what you were saying resonated with how I feel. Thank you so much!
Good advise. Sudden worsening vision loss is something I’ve had to deal with as a VI teacher. It’s hard to see kids go through worsening vision especially when the go from reading with a video magnifier of some kind to being so blind that that is no longer an option. Especially with students who we know have progressive conditions we make sure they have at least some basic tactile Braille reading skills so we don’t have to start from zero if they do need Braille as a permanent solution.
You are absolutely correct. And students are so fortunate to have teachers like you who truly care and are invested and giving them skills and equal opportunities. It’s a major roller coaster ride and a difficult hit to one’s identity as they lose more eyesight. Thank you for all of your work for our community!
I always love your videos Cindy and find so many things I can use and relate to. I think it’s so true that self-awareness is the first step in learning how to cope with our feelings of frustration and that we are often our own worst critics. Also clueing others in and communicating with them about what we’re feeling I find it off in the hardest to do.
Hey. Glad you got some value from the video. I, as always, appreciate your feedback and support! Unfortunately, my channel has plateaued and is no longer growing. If there is anyone who you think would be interested in the channel, please help me out by sharing it 💜 thanks girl! Blessings.
@@SeeingBlind of course, I’ll definitely mention your channel to my visually impaired friends. I’m sure it will keep growing, just give it time and keep turning out great content
