- Muharram marks the start of Islamic New Year for Muslims across the globe . In this month Dhoodh sharbat is exclusively prepared that signifies the martyrdom of Imam Husain .. The Pakola ( ice cream soda ) syrup in this recipe gives an amazing taste and aromatic touch .!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 TBSP SAABUT DAANA SOAKED AND BOILED
- 1 LITRE MILK
- 3 TBSP TETRAPACK CREAM
- 6 TBSP ICECREAM SODA SYRUP
- 2 TBSP SUGAR
FOR JELLO
- 2 CUPS WATER
- 1 & 1/2 to 2 TBSP AGAR AGAR POWDER
- 1 to 2 DROPS FOOD COLOR (GREEN)
- 1 DROP ICECREAM SODA ESSENCE

Moharram special ....yeh kia hota hai...moharram koi festival nahi hai...yeh imam hussain aur unke khandan ki tabahi ka mahina hai...bibi zehra as ke khandan ke ujarne ka mahina hai...u should write moharram niaz sharbat instead of moharram special sharbat....
Certainly it’s not a festival , nor did I mention about any festive thing !!! It’s special because I make it only in Muharram and it tastes delicious…!!! Hum beghair Kuch Soche samjhe judging karne lag jate hain
