This cat is amazing! Brushing the tummy is usually not appreciated. This cat just revels in this brushing. You are so lucky she is so compliant. She is a beautiful cat and you are a wonderful guardian.

lovely cat you have there my cat is long haired and we struggle to groom her most of the time we just give up and shave her if she mats too much

Try playing the harmonica if she likes it and when she comes just start with a soft brush ..
