Salvation Lv. 3 - Lv. 9 Barrage gem and Lv. 7 everything else

Hello, I made an Artillerist as an alt character and I'd like to ask you some questions.
In barrage mode after using Howitzer (Q), the bzzz (E) sometimes doesn't work on first press. Same as after "W" skill too. Some cases I have to repeat holding E couple times. I'd like to know what I am doing wrong here.
My second question is why are you using 2 debuff skills at the same time? Your Q and F they both do same debuff, right?

hi, do you have a cd gem for barrage skills? I am having issues getting into barrage too fast it seems and my barrage skills are still on CD

that was a bug, I do not use any barrage skill cd gem
