They attended a summer session at the Berklee College of Music in Boston where they worked on developing more stage presence. The results were phenomenal. The girls have released 2 full length albums, a short EP, and the single Narcisista -- 32 original songs in total. Here's the kicker -- there's not a single bad song in the bunch. All of them are catchy and fun to listen to. Most are dark and contain serious underlying social or religious metaphors. Good music, good song writing and three amazing young ladies. They've also recorded some pretty darn good cover songs along the way. What's not to love?

This was done in a couple takes. It was hella hot when they filmed this. Their mother was running back and forth with an umbrella, trying to keep her girls from frying. 😂 The girls have been sharing songs that have influenced them, on instagram. Today, one of the bands Paulina shared was Bandmaid. She included “This band is life” in the caption. She agrees with you guys. 😀
She would be right. Paulina is very astute. ;-) You should check out more of them Roy...Misa is an animal on the bass and they do lots of cool progressive type metal...of course lots of pop chorus / vocals laid over the top of heavy riffs. But if you like how TW showcases Ale's bass work, you would appreciate what a beast Misa is. And Kanami kicks ass on guitar and Akane is the best drummer "east" of Paulina Villarreal! \m/
jbarty party the language barrier is a slight annoyance. The costumes are a deal breaker. I just cannot take them seriously. For me Babymetal has the same effect. I have never been able to do bands in costume (do not get me started on Kiss). I have a hang up with that. The music comes off as not genuine. I do know why I have that reaction, and it colors how I react to it. It makes very little sense, to anyone outside my closest family members (and even they see it as an over reaction), but It is what it is. Bandmaid are talented musicians, and I won’t bash them. They just are in a no go zone for me personally.
@@roywall8169 When you wrote *"to anyone outside my closest"* I read it like *"to anyone outside my closet"* but when you continued with "family" I felt I might need to dump a theory of mine. 😆 Well, in a way I think I have a similar view as you. Babymetal are great due to their shows, dancing, and musicians, but it's actually only one show that I really like and it's this one. ua-cam.com/video/QEsOaMbNFww/v-deo.html But in reality, those girls mostly sing and dance a little. Bandmaid are the real deal. They write (perhaps?) and perform all their music themselves and they do it really well (despite always wearing the same outfit). Of course, I understand that they are playing a character but I'd prefer if they changed the name of the band and dressed more normal. In my opinion, girls that play rock don't have to dress like boys, but skirts or shorts showing the bare legs are great as long as they are off stage. Even red pants (like Pau is wearing in Narcisista) feels wrong on stage but works great off stage. Dany rarely let me down in this sense (part from TedX 2016) but the best outfit so far was Ale at the Whisky 2019 and all of them at Rock al Parque 2019. That's how I prefer them although they naturally (just like me) are entitled to have their own opinion. Pau had such a nice groove in that drumming and Ale was just like a perfect robot back then (turn on the switch and she'll play just about anything without showing many emotions) and Dany really handled the piano great with one hand and all I remember thinking was that I wished her voice would mature sooner than later. All three young ladies are impressive. But Ale at 10 yrs old out there professional, on time, keeping up and playing like she has done it for 20 yrs is ridiculous!! I could watch The Warning all day long. Note: They have made a decision NOT to sign with a major label. This way they own all the rights to their own music They are marketing through the internet and social media. It is a new trend in bands to take back artistic control and use today's technology. With current technology you can make your own studio quality music at home You can market through UA-cam, Facebook, Instagram, etc. So do not look for them to sign with any major labels any time soon. Maybe when they can negotiate a favorable deal for themselves but not until then.

*Do a double take* on The Warning's covers of The Muse's *Hysteria* & *The Resistance.* Check out the little girls on bass & drums. Sorry to say but Dany was the weakest part of these covers. Cause Dany found herself with *The Pretender* video. *Note: there are several live videos of them doing this song live.* In one video, *Ale (bass) sang the lead intro* since Dany was concentrating on the intro (still learning the chords??). *Best live version* is the second song on the TEDx (TEDx Talks channel) video (2016) called *Young Girls Love To Rock.* After that, *IMMEDIATELY* check out TEDx *You've Been Warned* video (2017). *The difference is NIGHT & DAY.* They did a *"KICKASS" ATLAS RISE* (Metallica cover) they done as an encore last year (2018) at The Whiskey Go-Go (Private Party) concert. *It's now on UA-cam.* And you thought *The Pretender had ATTITUDE!!*
Love their cover of Resistance by Muse...Dany's multitasking genius on full display! Really cool drum work by Pau and Ale adorable as ever making it look easy at the age of 10(?)!! I love that one although Hysteria is damn good as well. Espesh Ale!

You probably already realize that it is too late for both of you. You are in way too deep... There is no turning back now... Your only hope is to continue the journey and
"Hermano la salvacion
Es algo que se gana
Suelta tu mano del rencor y despierta a una nueva luz
Dentro de ti aunque tus hermanos
Intenten sumirte en la obscuridad"
"Brother the salvation
It is something that is earned
Release your hand from resentment and wake up to a new light
Inside you though your brothers
Try to plunge into the dark"
You have been warned
@David Hollis - Wasn't that the spiel that Rudy did for 'Dust to Dust'??😉
@@danw1955 Absolutely... I thought it fit perfectly...
@@davidhollis8771 👍👍
Ale tocando um Bass Gibson sg? Sei que Ale domina muito bem piano, baixo e guitarra. Muito bem não define o que quero dizer.
Also, this was done in 6 takes and the audio was from the location.
They did a cover of Metallica’s atlas arise
If you want a cover with some attitude, check out the Warning doing atlas rise. They recorded it four days after hearing it for the first time.
JD and Joshua, I'll be in NY in December only to hear these girls and I'll come from Europe, so don't you think a much shorter travel from North Carolina it's worth the effort 🤩 🤘? Oh, and I know very well Band Maid too, appreciate their music, but I feel their live performance are not at the same level of The Warning ones. Love them too anyway.
Im looking forward for you to react on the cover of Metallica's Atlas Rise... Last cover they did before start playing their own songs.
JD.... Your jaw!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I knew it was gonna be like that, I was not disappointed 😂
@@somejoshthing 🤣🤣🤣👍
Well, your whish comments at the end regarding a label signing them and to get out of the way came true🤘
And now they're opening for Foo Fighters in November!!!!
@@somejoshthing Lets go Josh, go grab JD and do a road trip to Mexito then Rockville in Florida and they drive slowly to The Troubador lol, well it would be fun.😁
@@MusicLover-TW 😂😂 I already checked, it's like 30 hours to Mexico City from here! I barely made it the 16 to Dallas 😂😂
@@somejoshthing 🤣🤣🤣
Live version from their first Ted talk at U Nevada.
⚡⚡⚡👸👸👸⚠⚠⚠
Are you guys going to the show in NYC?
I know I am !
Am not, sadly, hoping for a closer venue. I've done a lot of crazy-level traveling the last couple years for Band-Maid, and I'm tryyyyying to get more reasonable.
Having said that, if they don't play a closer gig to me in 2020, I'll just be forced to make some shit work 😂
*Do a double take* on The Warning's covers of The Muse's *Hysteria* & *The Resistance.*
Check out the little girls on bass & drums.
*The difference is NIGHT & DAY.*
They did a *"KICKASS" ATLAS RISE* (Metallica cover) they done as an encore last year (2018) at The Whiskey Go-Go (Private Party) concert.
Espesh Ale!
@@jbartyparty7398 - the practice video (no singing) of *Hysteria* with the girls was a fascinating watch. The concentration look on Alejandra is priceless. Ale knew that was for her benefit. Paulina was Puh Pau like usual. *If Paulina had a bad day/video. Could anybody (besides Dany & Ale) tell??* And Daniela. She took advantage of the situation and improved her skills as well.
That video was a good watch.
If you are looking for Live RAW performance check out this video from Berklee. The sound quality is not the best. ua-cam.com/video/JHiKUgAE2hM/v-deo.html
Have you guys watched the Atlas Rise cover from The Whisky yet? ua-cam.com/video/fhhG5EiFiyA/v-deo.html
Although that video is their official version I prefer other versions that show Ale really doing her best performance on that night. Example ua-cam.com/video/TtWHkBbDYeA/v-deo.html
OPENING FOR FOO FIGHTERS, NOV 10 MEXICO CITY FORO SOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was recorded in one take .... ok, this was not the first one :)
You like them . awsome. You will like motion device. React to motion device. You tube band from canada. Very young also and write their own songs also. You will not regret!
Thanks for the tip! I checked out s few songs-they're pretty good!
Hey guys, just passing by, hope you are OK
So when are you going to react to Crimson Queen. You want to see emotion from Dany, this is the song. Like The One and Stalker..(oh yeah, you cut that one short..jk)
Knowing how cool and generous to new musicians Dave Grohl is, I am not sure he has seen this. If he had, I am sure The Warning would have opened for The Foo Fighters by now. We should start and email/facebook/etc. campaign to get Dave Grohl to see them. I'm sure he'd want them to open for him. I need to find his twitter info and get him on board!
Are you aware of what a (big) bunch of Italians have made to reach to the Foo Fighters? ua-cam.com/video/JozAmXo2bDE/v-deo.html
I think you are right, this could actually work!
Because it worked for them: ua-cam.com/video/kJm5yLj79Yw/v-deo.html
I think you got something here!
@@bramilan So, what do we do? Maybe start sending him tweets of their Pretender cover and some originals, until he acknowledges??
@@krash66
No.
We'll make a video of hundreds of fans asking the Foo fighters to take the girls with them as their opening band next tour, at least for some of the shows.
One video, hundreds of fans from all over the world.
We'll add a link to the song.
And then, we'll do the same with Muse - TW made 2 covers of them.
And then to Metallica - TW made 2 covers of them too.
Hopefully, one of them will bite.

@@bramilan I can't find your Facebook page. All I find is an Ilan Rosillo who doesn't look like you. Also. How do you mean to get hundreds of Warning fans to make a video? Everyone send an individual video message and we join them all? Or get hundreds of fans in the same place?
@@bramilan still waiting for your reply, buddy. I came up with a cool plan for this at work today!!
Atlas rise please

You two think that's great? Go watch Metallica Atlas Rise cover by these awesome girls lol.
