I have the denim Cassie 19 and I seen the sports red on sale $210 at Macys so I just bought it. The reason i purchased it tho is bc I do not have a red bag at all & I love my other Cassie 19. Next on my list is the black/pewter quilted tabby 20.
I saw that red Cassie on sale at Macy’s yesterday. I wish I had waited cuz I coulda saved a couple dollars. But you just never know if things will go on sale or sell out. Liz, I have been officially influenced by you! I purchased the red Cassie 19 yep just like yours. And I went straight to Macy’s tonight and placed it! I tried to hold off but it sold out at COACH, and Nordstrom. So now I’m contemplating ordering the pink (Petunia) Cassie 19 bag for my twin sister. I started stalking the Coach website a few weeks ago and knew about this bag early on. I kept watching it for a week or so then decided I needed to see it in person! LOVE the heart strap. Initially, I thought the red was more appealing but in person, I think I actually like the pink more! In general, red makes more sense for me in terms of my wardrobe (similar to you) but for my summer clothes? Pink for sure. I didn't actually buy - Reason 1: Too much holiday spending! Reason 2: I'm not used to "small" purses. In store, I could see that it can fit quite a bit but I tend to carry mini backpacks! I also have long zip wallets and tested it when I went to the store and of course it was too big! Thank you for actually trying it on and showing it with the different straps. I tried it on in store over my parka using the long strap only (crossbody) but I wouldn't wear it in winter. The leather is sumptuous but I think I need something hardier for now. Aside from my mini backpacks, I have a Marc Jacobs Re-Edition Lil Ukita and just got a Coach Outlet Rowan Satchel that I've been loving. I think these are my official winter purses. The leather on the Rowan is crossgrain - very hard but the benefit is that it's durable. Love your glasses by the way. Subscribed!
