she's not lip syncing --- what it sounds like to me is that they tampered with the audio and then didn't choose the right camera shot to cover it up before posting this cuz if you listen to 0:52 and then to 1:51 they're the same...so they did something to it, its not her that did anything...at 0:48 listen to where she says "..cynical and tell myself.."..her rasp disappears right after the word "myself"- you can tell that's tampered with and then listen to that part ("it's not okay...") at 1:50... it's the same...that was all them
