First of all, let me thank you for developing geoserver-rest. I tried to publish an sld file using geoserver-rest. However, following xml attrributes are missing when I check on the geoserver.

Not sure why it didn't work. Looks like you are trying to add the SVG shape to the geoserver. By the way how did you create this SLD file? is it from QGIS?
