Howling Success Ethan Clark

Ethan Clark uses his passion for weather forecasting to help North Carolinians through his Facebook page, North Carolina’s Weather Authority. During Hurricane Helene, Clark played a critical role in bringing awareness and aid to communities in western NC impacted by devastating flooding by sharing information online
