Strong's comments on the generous actions are heartwarming. He really takes the whole 'milk of human kindness' thing to heart. The metaphor kind of went over his head, sure, but he understands that kindness is a good trait, even if he can only really justify humans being kind to humans and mutants being kind to mutants.
Strong's secrets to a fulfilling life: 1) Take care of your own first. 2) Share 3) If it isn't your's, keep your hands off it, if it's locked away. If it's sitting out, it belongs to whoever picks it up. 3) Enemies should be put down quickly. Also with great brutality as a warning to anyone who might consider challenging you in the future. 4) Nothing wrong with occasionally eating the hearts of fallen enemies. See #3

Gotta love how some companions complain about the sole survivor asking for more caps when taking a job your lucky if you even get the top 400 caps or whatever the top amount is, and then there's the ass-hole vendors in this game everything is ludicrously overpriced they force you to shell out tons of caps for the most meagre items, yet if you try to sell anything even with a high charisma build they offer you next to nothing for it so yeah in summary who's the real swindler here?
