The DCR Pro alloy wheel lathe cutting process.
The DCR Pro is designed to remove kerb and cosmetic damage to alloy wheels. The process removes less than a millimeter at a time to ensure only the damage is removed, bringing your diamond cut alloy wheels back to new.
This video shows you each stage:-
Prepping the wheel
Buckle test
Scanning the wheel
Cutting stage damage removal
Cutting stage finish off
The process for the film is speeded up but you are looking at less than 40 seconds to scan a wheel and depending on the depth and type of damage you are looking at 8- 12 mins for the wheel (also dependant on size)
The DCR pro is designed for Workshop and or Mobile vans. Bringing the Diamond cutting experience to the customers door.
