Jerry is a legend. At the first GG championship I (Conner) didn’t have a ride, and Jerry offered to give me a ride back to our airbnb. I explained to him it was 30 minutes out of his way, yet he would not let me take no for an answer. He is a one of a kind human and man of God. Shout out to Jerry!!
I’m 64 and get to play with my 34 year old son all the time. It never gets old. He’s the one that turned me on to GM golf and Good Good a few years ago. I’m not your typical demographic but you guys are great and I watch all the time. Keep up the good work.
@@rjbilski I appreciate the response. Was before my 21st birthday. Some time ago now but I wish I had that time back. Love seeing videos with these new UA-camrs with their dads.
20:00 “Whose your Daddy? I’m going to walk up like this is 18 at The Masters.” Legendary commentary from Jerry 😂. Incredible shots there and match Clarks!
Played golf with my dad today. He’s 71 and I’m 53. Neither played as good as we wanted but, we played. We both are closer to the end of the road than the beginning so I treasure every minute of it.
I don’t want to sound like am kissing arse but it’s lovely seeing a down to earth lovely lad doing well for himself. I lost my 35 year old son 7 weeks ago so it’s been really hard but it’s lovely seeing a father and son getting on really well together. Never lose that
After the 1st hole when fans said hi to u and ur dad was recording and smiling you can tell hes very proud of what u have become and what ur doing with ur life.!
You know you have an awesome dad when he has this little interest/time invested in golf, but invested so much for you as a kid to build you the green and take you to all those tourneys!
Jerry is a legend... So is Tammy. Salt of the earth. Just wonderful human beings. And Jerry is a natural on camera. I hope we get to see this at least a couple times a year
My heart NEEDED THIS! My dad and I were very close my whole life. I’m old, and he passed away in 2009, at 78 years old, and we ALWAYS played golf well into his late 60’s. I started playing golf in early 20’s and pops had an old club and bag from the 59’s. I started, then he restarted, and it was the greatest time ever, playing 18 and enjoying a few adult beverages son the 19th hole. The best time ever, was coming HOME from a deployment, and after all the emotions of being home, spending a 4 hour round of golf with my pop on a warm, midwestern summer day! Him and I in a cart, him telling dad jokes until my side hurt. Count your Blessings to have your parents around you! I was born when my parents were almost 40 years old, so yeah, Love child. lol. It was a great video, and good to see.
“The gap between your expectations and reality live your frustrations” Thanks Jerry for explaining why I have so many frustrations! For example, reality is…I’m not good at golf yet I expect to be fantastic 😂😂 I play once a year like Jerry
That was very powerful and touching seeing the loving Clark family dynamic. I don't IRL know any of these people but I love all of them. It also reminds me of how much I miss my late Dad and Mom. Thanks for sharing this.
This was awesome. Him hitting the tree was too funny. Moved to avoid it and still hit it square in the middle. Love the content. Thanks for sharing with your dad golfing.
Just enjoy hanging out with your dad. My dad passed at 56 yrs old .i got to play golf with him , maybe 100 times . He never got to meet his only grand daughter. Only difference my dad was a good golfer and had a short game better than most pga pros. I think I beat him maybe 7 times.
I can see the love you have for your family bud. This really puts how genuine you are into perspective. I love the videos you do just for fun even when people don't play like you.
This is my favorite video you have ever made. So fun seeing people with a massive platform still take time to spend some family time. Great video! Great group of guys as well!
I lost my dad at 18 years old. Im 30 now. I found the love of golf just about a year ago and just found this channel 6 months ago. As anyone one wish, i wish i could enjoy this sport with him. This video made me so proud of both you. I love how much golf can bring so many people together. Thank you for this.
Such a good video! My dad got me into golf back when I was 16, he always told me “golf is a walking sport so we walk it” he told me that 30 plus years ago and I still walk it from time to time! I would give anything to be able to play one more round with my dad!!
i learned to golf last year to spend more time with my dad before he passed. was missing him today and this video did my heart good. the pride your dad has is you is a feeling you can never replace. thank you for sharing such a great moment with us grant! i hope you det him out more often. huge fan!
Well done jerry, you and your wife have raised an amazing guy....one of life's good people. Love watching him playing golf. I'm lucky enough to have a son who is also an amazing man.
My father and I are planning on playing a round this fall, for the first time; even though we’re lacking clubs at the moment. He and I both gathered some irons, a driver, a 3-wood, a 4-Hybrid, and a pitching wedge. They’re all scratched up, dented, and rusted too, lol! We just can’t afford new clubs right now. I’m just grateful for the time we’ve spent together, planning to get into the game of golf, and I can’t wait to get out there and play with my dad! He’s 64 years old, and I’m 32; so I know it’s kinda late for us to start, but I’m not planning on going pro or anything! I wanted to play golf in middle school and high school, but my family didn’t have the money to buy my clubs/equipment/clothing/etc. my father and I used to butt heads when I was still in school, and living with my parents. It wasn’t until I turned 26 that I learned he suffers from bipolar disorder, and looking back on how I treated him, it makes me tear up… I’m tearing up now just thinking about it! I’m so glad you and your father are on good terms, and I pray y’all will have plenty of time to enjoy together! God bless y’all!
This is got to be my most favorite video ever! Just a son and a father out there golfing and having a great time it’s the most genuine video I’ve ever seen!!!
This brought back so many great memories I had golfing with my father. The best rounds were always with dad. Miss you pops, thanks for introducing and teaching me the game!
