I tried all the solutions offered in the video but nothing works. The system does not see any hardware or internal device at all. I just get see the Mic under the audio devices and only the Intel Audio drivers under System. Under Services the Windows Audio and Realtek Audio are both running. The 25 second power off option doesn;t do anything on my HP spectre. Is there anything else?

It was the same for me and it didnt let me start Windows audio and said i had a Local computer so i went to loggin anf changed it to Local system and then it worked

I have a HP spectre laptop which has been upgraded to Windows 11. It has fantastic internal Bose speakers and was working fine until a few months ago when the internal speakers suddenly stopped working. External USB and BT speakers work fine. The system tells me that no Audio Output Device is installed and the only device/drivers showing in the Device Manager are Intel. There is no Realtek device showing. I have tried downloading the Realtek HD driver and installed it several times but still it doesn't show up in the Device Manager, even after resetting. I tried the HP and Windows help sections, lots of UA-cam troubleshooting videos including yours (I tried every method you show) and nothing seems to work. I m at a loss what to do next.

Do you know how I locate the sound IC and how to get a replacement part - or do I just leave it to the pros?
