Ripper demons are +1 charm, not doubled with the potion as they drop 4 per time. I confused them with abyssal demons.

I don’t really know why I watched this because I’m 120 & have the blues for 200m already, but honestly glad you mentioned charming potions. I feel like a lot of people don’t really know all too much about them, just that they’re good herblore xp if you have a lot of spare charms. Definitely good knowledge to have IMO

One thing you missed is this is now useful for going to 120 herb as well. Making charming potions is 1k base xp each, you can make 23 per inventory so it is more afk than stuff like overloads, and they are profitable to make so it is a nice budget method.
Litteraly did 62 to 85 then went mad with the pause button and farmed enough to get to 99 during dxp wish I'd know this earlier. Returning player and it's crazy now lol so much to do. Thank man. Good looks selling those charms lol

When I did ED3 to from 99 -120 Magic and Attack I accumilated over 20k Gold (I stop collecting), 40k Green and 20k+ Blue Charms using the Charming potion and imp.
I recommend mob farming ED3 with a Charming Imp and Charming Potion active at all times; Should Net 600 Blue amongst 50-100 Gold and Green and 50~ Crimson EACH HOUR. If you grind ED3 Mob farming for 20-25 hours you should be able to get 99 summoning if you use your summoning Jewels

Lol I had bought 300 charming potions at 4k ea surprisingly and was trying to sell them at 8k for the last 3 days and now after you make this video, all ofthem sold. I wish I had bought more when they were 4k ea. I assumed the demand for them must have gone away

Also keep in mind if you have a high enough divination level (84 div) you can transmute all of your red charms into blue charms. It only requires 2 red charms and 150 brilliant energy per blue charm. It'll make getting 120 summoning MUCH faster ;)

One thing you didn't mention is that this is really good for herblore training too by using the charms you gain to make the charming potions. Each potion gives 1k base herblore xp, which translates into ~2.5k herblore xp on dxp with standard boosts (no bxp). Charming potions got me most of the way from 120 to 200m herblore.

Merching is a byproduct of any bigtime RS yter, even if it isn't the yter themself. It's just what comes with being one of, if not the largest, RS3 yters atm.
Obligatory joke about merching, but good video nonetheless!
If you can't afford aggro potions for the dagannoth method, the west side of the cave splits into three corridors going to the ladder maze, and the southmost one is filled with spined dagannoths that fight using ranged and have a very large aggro range. Even better, when you fight them, the swarm tends to push/lead you to one end of the corridor, so when aggro wears off you just run to the other and they'll start attacking again.

i did this last 2x with cannon+smoke devil/pouches and greater chain i pulled 1.4k crims an hr and about 40-60 blues

This is worth doing over using Divination to transmute charms to blue because that can be expensive depending on how much you are worth/make.
It's amazing experience using Blue Charms especially with DXP and a Portable Deposit Box though.
@@terrenceallen323 crimson is the same even if the xp is less, Had 6m xp hour with bxp and portable deposit box but not always

@@terrenceallen323 thats not what i said Blue is more xp YES but Crimson is more per hour when gathered and if you pick xp over money using amlodd 2x and bxp with all bonuses can be a good alternative for 120 blue is just 1200 month with dark beasts and pot ticket anyway But could be more in other places In only used waterfiends and db for charms with ticket

Just an FYI, I just used this method 1/23/2022 and as of now 15 minutes in and I got 2 blue charms and that was only because I used the potion to double it. That portion has to have been changed drop rate wise.
It doesnt increase the drop rate, it increases drop amount. So you might be farming the wrong mobs

I camp abyssal demons with a charming pot and made so much in so little time.
I did exiled kalphites with charming potion and unicorn familiar. I could stay there for 4 hours a time. 400 blue and crimson an hour.
If you want greens and golds the abyss is surprisingly good!!

AFK Abby demons + charming potions = 120 summoning easy. Farm crimsons and 4milgp/hr for spirt shards at the same time! Just got 120 summon this dxp week
Wish this video dropped 1st weekend of dxp as I fell just short of 99 summoning and ran out of charms. Although I did get pet drop at like 80 summoning.
Not too annoyed as I ended up with 99 hunter, smithing, farming, thieving, firemaking, crafting and herblore as well as actually ending up making more money on dxp due to dwarf weed prices rocketing to 22k each
Next DXP will be in 2-3 months

@@hannesss92 Never used giant rocks for big amount of charms or been there for long but i heard that is a good place for those playing oldschool and stil i got 20k+ from my slayer tasks that i never used in high quantities and waterfiends i started using for ranged and crimson charms with 3x from familiarization few years back after they released the charm imp for toolbelt. Stil i remember the grind xd
i remember when you needed to pick every obsidian charm and took a long run to make 1k pouches with blue charms and even if now you can gather 400+/h i stil made less than 500 per dxp.

Don’t have the charming imo eat gold/green charms! Save them and use div to convert them to higher tier charms. You’re throwing away hundreds of crimson/blue charms otherwise
You could buy the pots of ge like i did 6 dose with ticket is good for a 40min run and div is never a good option it eats a decent amount of energy per 1k crim/blue

Hey man love the videos. I can’t find any definitive information but here goes my question. Why am I not receiving charms at my spiritual warriors in my POD ? I get the occasional summoning xp drop? I’m not in an fc or group with lootshare or coin share.
You are probably crushing the charms with the charming imp on your toolbelt (check ur toolbelt in ur equipment settings)
Then check what charms are ticked off on your charming imp that are being destroyed
