For essentially a one bedroom camp it's pretty pricey I know everything's remodeled but it's a little steep, you're paying for the view. Not a big fan of lofts I would actually do the expansion and get rid of the loft and do a vaulted ceiling, the ceiling was way too low. It's really pretty, I think it'll make a really nice camp for someone that can afford it.
"...a really nice camp for someone that can afford it," HUH? Geeze Louise, so I guess then for those who cannot afford it, it's not a very nice camp...is that how that works? (yet another YT mental giant, EEE GADS )
@ackack612 move on from here... it doesn't even make sense that you criticize someone for their use of words. It is accurate to say "if someone can afford it" . It is all about location and the current owners have made this a year round home, turnkey ready. This is a great price and great setup. Don't throw out such attitude. Mean people suck.
Man that is a beautiful setup! Not enough land for what im looking for but someone is definitely going to enjoy some cocktails on that back porch! For the people questioning the price, All i can say is just peek around the country and look at 1 acre lake frontage lot prices. You could pay this for a lot with no house and just enough room for a house so close to your neighbor you could have them pass the salt at your dinner table from their's. As always thanks for sharing these this way!
Wow! That's a real Maine lake getaway. Imagine the contrast of traffic jams, sweltering heat, noisy neighbors, and going out there to quiet and cool air and billions of stars at night and a crackling fire. If I still lived in Boston, I would definitely consider it.
Phil, do you think there is enough room up top of property to build a barn/garage? An acre should be enough but i dont know what shape the property is...?
Very nice property but seems 200k too expensive. Why would anyone spend 355K for a 1 bedroom 1 acre on a small lake in the middle of Maine that they wouldn't live in? You could safely invest that 355k and rent multiple cabins in a summer with the interest. What do I know?
"...Aroostook War..." WHAT!? Leave it to Phil to come up with a chestnut like that. Who knew. Another McPhail Maine history nugget. Very cool. I really thought the property was going to be more in the 500k realm. And talk about 'move in ready,' wow. How often do you find a property that the sellers were smart enough to maximize value with a very comprehensive update/upgrade. Think about it... within hours of closing you can have this on the market as the perfect honeymoon waterfront getaway suite. WHOA DOGGIES! You're making money the same day you bought it! WINNER WINNER in my book.
Very nice property and presentation. Not sure why your video comments are always filled with people complaining about pricing. DONT WATCH/DONT COMMENT if you have already decided that. The market determines pricing. You should open your own brokerage if you think you can do this better. Problem is, nobody would list with you because United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine does it better.
The market does determine pricing. That's why this thing is still sitting unsold 4 months after this video. It won't be sold until it's significantly reduced in price
355,000 for a one bedroom little cabin is insane!
The right person/people will buy it....probably cash.
Plowing the snow is something to think about if one lived there year round.
Looks beautiful, solid and well decorated.
Thank you!
sweet interior, sunny day needed!

Gorgeous
Love Maine but I can't manage the winters. Moved to the Ozarks that look very similar and much less expensive. But yes way hot...
Nice property. Thank you for the wonderful tour!!

What size out boards are allowed on the lake? I have a 20 ft with 200 hp o/b, should I be interested?
No. Its not a lake for hydrofoiling at Mach 8 😂 a 200 hp on a 20ft boat 😂 that's a rocket.
Wow! My dream home. Absolutely lovely property! If only!! :)
It is very expensive but it is beautiful!
Very nice place
I watch a few brokers videos and absolutely love your format and presentation.
Phil, do you think there is enough room up top of property to build a barn/garage? An acre should be enough but i dont know what shape the property is...?
The owners are trying to recoup the money they spent. Trying to make a profit.
339 is a decent size- this place is really in a great setting with proximity to shore
Sounds high for a 1 bedroom, but it’s pretty.
Grab it whilst you can.
*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful place, thank-you sir for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
Cannot believe how janky the bedroom door is.
Very high
Beautiful location and wonderful presentation too! If you can throw that nice Tundra in, we will seriously consider making an offah...
This is 3.5 hours north of Portland, literally in middle of nowhere! $355k? C'mon
That's the best part

ANY PROPERTIES on a Lake or big pond are Always super Expensive! ☹️
Not much.
Way too expensive, especially with the current interest rates
Moosehead price for a puddle deep transplant.🙌

Soooo beautiful ❤️
Very pretty but a bit high for a cabin with only 1 bedroom. Waterfront property does cost, but this is a bit high.
Beautiful
Perfect for a family getaway or even a rental.
Gonna need to rent it out a lot to not even come close to recouping.
❤ So Beautiful! ❤
Beautiful❤
Buy cabins like that for 100.000 all day long ! Yep 200.000 to much
Where?
I love it just wish it had enough land for a couple horses. Bummer.
Does it come with cows?
...I don't get it. Anyone else...anyone?
@@ackack612 Betty White in Lake Placid...
Nw, lol
It wasn't a very good "joke"
too expensive for a no wake lake
It's nice but expensive for the size . Some one will buy it cash

Why do you say, don't watch, don't comment? Strange
@@mjay6567 why do you leave comments on old posts, even more strange. Get a life idi aut
No. That's outrageous for what amounts to a Tiny Home.
Whoever buys this cabin will be crying in 1-2yrs. Hey, but if you got money to blow for 3 good months p/yr, go gor it.
