I side with your wife's opinion on this one. This fragrance is amazing. It took me 2-3 wears to truly appearance this fragrance so I can understand if it's not an immediate love.

Like I said, in the video, I think it’s more of oud itself is an acquired taste, and I am expanding my pallet nasally lol Who knows in about a month it may be my favorite fragrance.
