I’m not sure that this would be for everyone, but we actually bring our ebikes inside our camper at night, right before we go to bed, and then we take them back out in the morning. It’s just extra peace of mind because regardless of what lock you have, the thieves can probably cut them, so that works for us, and so far we’re doing ok just keeping them locked during the day when they’re not in use.:)) Take care out there!! 👍🚴♂️🏔🔥
That's amazing you can fit ebikes inside a camper. If we had a toy hauler we could. Ours won't go in the door. Plus they are 75 pounds each, kind of a struggle to try to get them up steps. But from now on, locked and covered! Thanks for watching and hope to see you on the bike trail!
I don't blame you for protecting your property. It seems today that our property has gotten faster legs. You turn your head for one minute and there gone.
This video is so nice! Makes me want to go camping when I am off for my 7 days, I work 7 on 7 off. Anyway, 2 horses in tow in horse trailer RV. Maybe one day, but I love where I camp now. Its an hour from Tallahassee north of Greenville Fl..I am next to a 3-4 acre large pond and no one else is there with me. The view is just grand! My landlord is my, barrel racing, neighbor and she’s a blessing for letting me stay. The horses have a small pasture and they love being with me daily. Its a perfect set-up for me at this time.. I will travel to other campgrounds one day but for now I love where I am at now.. Many blessings to you and to all the viewers you have !! I have been following you Liz for many years. Happy to see smiling faces on camera!! Love you both!!
Hi Michelle! Wow, your camp place in Greenville sounds idyllic! What a nice find, thanks for sharing. And we love you, too! Thanks for being with us for so long!
Even tho I don't know you guys personally and only watch you on YT, I was saddened by your separation and very pleased that you're back together again, best of luck in the future. Hope you start the ride videos again.
Hi Pedro. Yes, we miss doing the bike videos, glad you enjoyed them. The workflow with the added speedometer got to be too much. We are still recording the rides and are researching less time consuming ways to add the guages. Thanks for asking!
Thank you for this! I've saved the episode for reference. Also, the production value was really good! You gave us overhead or wide view, pictures of amenities and nearby attractions (I love car museums) and something I really liked, the campground maps! Those show us so much, really good idea to include those. -- And, boy, you sure do get around! That was a really wide-ranging collection. So thanks again!
Glad to see you 2 together again. I live alone and have my art and atlatl competition to keep me busy. I'm sure I would be miserable in such close quarters as you guys choose to live. One thing I'm much like Paul in that I'm always busy building or fixing. Now that age has caught up, it is so frustrating to do everything. My mind and body will no longer perform close to the level as before. But I'm learning to slow down and enjoy taking my time getting things done and so on. Following your channel since 2019. It's been interesting how the 2 of you cope with life on the road. I hope you continue enjoying each other and have massive gratitude for this opportunity late in life. Good luck and great love, Tim
Hey Tim! I remember you from the very beginning, you are so very special to us to have been with us for so long. We really appreciate you being with us through thick and thin. Paul can totally relate to wanting to build and have a workbench but also realizing that chapter is best left in the past. He does, as you know, keep busy working on the rig. Big hugs to you!!!
Thanks for this list! All of them look amazing! The best one I have been to is Silver Strand State Park in San Diego..you back your rig up to the sand and Pacific.
We stay at Chesapeake RV Resort every year when in VA. We got "locked down" there when Covid hit and stayed 58 days. They were great hosts and it was early in the season when they locked down so we almost had the campground to ourselves. Definitely a "go to" RV park.
Wow thank you!! Me and my wife just bought a camper and we’re heading out next June July and August. will definitely hit some of these campgrounds thank you.
Liz and Paul 💞 this is the best video of all time! The drone footage is off the chart beautiful 😍 I would like to visit all those places, yes please! Always a joy you guys, thank you so much! xoxo Jennifer
Awww, Jennifer, you are so kind. Thank you so very much for your love and support. It did actually take A LOT of work to put this video together, thanks for your appreciation!
Thanks Chaz, sure appreciate you being with us. We are now broken up for good and this is just an older video you were watching. Sometimes life is like that. I am just going to focus on being my best self and bringing the best videos to you, in fact I have TEN planned already. See you in the next one!
Glad to see you both back together. No matter where I go I always lock everything down . I even put a chain on my grill and attach to axles . I know some state parks in Texas they have a gate with a code to get in and out at night but there are some that don’t. To keep nighttime visitors out. I will call the state park or wherever I stay to ask if they have a gate at the front. It doesn’t keep your stuff totally safe but it will at least keep people out at night. That are running around at night.
I wish you guys would try Townsend KOA. It was family owned and bought out by KOA but they kept the family running it. It’s in Townsend, TN and just outside the Great Smoky Mountain National park. It’s awesome!
One of our favourite places is SunLakes Resort in Washington…during low season. On the lake…full hookups…beautiful scenery…great biking…store, restaurant, and close to Euphrata Washington and Moses Lake. Thanks for this video…lots of great places to explore.
Ooh, I hadn't heard about the dinner cruise, we will have to do that next time, thanks for the tip. And glad you know the KOA in Nashville! Thanks for watching.
Rancheria RV Resort, now Burney Falls/Hat Creek KOA, in Hat Creek, CA. Rustic feel with full hookups. Little pond among pine trees. No cellular or WiFi but they have satellite TV for ten hours! Great restaurant on site. Warm in the summer and snow in the winter. Great fishing along Hat Creek. Not a bad drive. 30 miles to the town of Burney that has just about all you should need. Wife’s family has been going there for 70 years.
Our favorite, Association Island in Henderson New York. Nothing like being surrounded by water. Our worst, Weather Rock someplace in Indiana. What a dump! Great video guys! Hope everything is going well. Safe travels.
Love you guys. Chesapeake Bay is one of our favorites as well. We spend 3 weeks in spring and fall there and love it. Last three weeks of their season this year.
Loved your video! The campground I will NEVER go back to is Lynden KOA in Lynden, WA. It was my first time in my camper and it wasn't very good! There was a whole group of us that were having power problems. I went to the office several times and was promised that a maintenance guy would come by when I was at my site. I was working at the nearby fair! Nobody ever came by and the power problems were never resolved! I complained to the KOA main office and was told that there was nothing they could do because it was a KOA franchise! Amazing! I considered selling my trailer after that experience!
Wow, Randy, I've not heard any bad reviews of KOA. Don't let one campground taint your whole experience. Give it another try for sure. Read reviews first though. Thanks for watching.
Great video, good info. Thanks Liz and Paul! Yellowstone Grizzly RV Resort is definitely a favorite. Pricey, but beautiful, well kept, with a large play area in the center, in West Yellowstone and close to the National Park entrance. One in an Idaho small town, campground with water and electric right next to the municipal airport where we enjoyed watching the small planes taking off and landing. It was very peaceful and quiet. Also a local campground with lots of beautiful well kept trees, a swimming pool, a playground and trail nearby to scooter/walk along when we take our grandson with us. Where not to stay-Sun Outdoors in Salt Lake City. The perimeter has sites with trees and grass, there is a pool, too, but the inside sites are very close and small and concrete. We could hear the traffic the whole time! Felt a little creepy and it appeared some people were living there full time. Luckily we were there for only one night.
Hi Charlene! We went to Yellowstone last week and I believe we drove right by that campground. Looks like a great place! And thanks also for the SLC tip! We'll remember to stay away from that one!
We travel a little right now with us both still working, but in Las Vegas we stay at Oasis Kas Vegas, been there 2 times and really like it, but one down fall people walk through our camp... we stayed at a couple others camp grounds and most were really nice in Sacramento CA, now planning a 2 week RV trip next April....
If you get to Vermont - North Beach Campground in Burlington is really nice. There is a great paved bike path, the city is awesome and it is right on Lake Champlain. Plus there is a new cross Vermont bike path further south( Lamoille Valley?) just being completed (rails to trail) with the last section to be completed this spring. Not to mention Ben & Jerry's.
That "worst" campground reminds me of the time we were pulling a pop-up and wanted to stay some place for one night in Vegas. We found a "campground" at Circus-Circus and attempted to set up. We had a thermometer in the trailer, and it was reading 130F ! We got our stuff out, closed up and booked a room. Maybe that was their intent by making a campground out of asphalt.
Our favourite campground is Rampart Creek Campground in Banff National Park. Absolutely no services, pit toilets, on the North Saskatchewan River and not far from Saskatchewan Crossing. We tent right now but last time we were there a decent sized Class A pulled into a site and didn’t use their generator (thank you!). It’s on the Icefield Parkway (Highway 93).
Agree with others on Cherry Hill in DC, we like Normandy Farms in Foxboro, MA, Bayleys RV Resort, Scarborough, ME, and Twin Mountain KOA in Carroll, NH. Can't wait to check out some of your top 10 when we get West
This is so good and so helpful! Thank you. I'm writing these down.. :) We live in Oregon and have camped at many of the nearby TT campgrounds. Our mileage has varied with TT mainly because they've gotten so run down, but the best campgrounds are by far (in our humble opinions, of course :) the Oregon State Parks. Bend Oregon is our favorite area because of all the great weather and outdoor activities for everyone. Wowsers, they are awesome. The same can be said for the parks along the Oregon Coast, if you're a coast lover. GREAT VIDEO! Thank you!!
La Pine SP, La Pine, OR. Camped there for several nights in summer '19 and it was wonderful! I'm a mtn biker and a tree guy, so riding through the woods and along the Deschutes was great. Riding directly from the campsite to trails and waking to the aroma of the conifer trees.....ahhhhhh!
Hi Jan! Yep, we LOVE the Oregon Coast!!! We went all along there in 2020, but it was during Covid so we couldn't properly review the campgrounds. I've been to the Bend/Sunriver Campground, love that place and so much to do in the area! Oregon is one of our favorite states!!! Thanks for watching!
On vacation with my parents one year, we visited the Kentucky Jorse Park. I specifically remember their parade of breeds show and it was amazing! Having grown up with a horse and having one into my mid-thirties, this was particularly interesting to my dad and I. It was also memorable because it was the last vacation I took with both of my parents. Beautiful part of the country! I had the good fortune to spend a fair amount of time working in Louisville and I really thought that was a wonderful city too, although I didn't get to see a lot of it but we did have a work event at Churchill Downs one evening. Kentucky is a lovely place! That Montana campground out Glacier...wow! The drone footage was fantastic and this place is stunning! Thank you so much for putting this together! Such a great variety of places.
So glad you know the Kentucky Horse Park, and sounds like you have some good memories from there, glad to hear! Thanks for your kind words about the drone footage, yes that campground is incredible! Thanks for watching!
My parents live in Gloucester VA and love it! I'm in the planning stage of my RV life. Now I know I'll have a great campground to stay in while I visit them. Also, Gloucester is less than an hour from Williamsburg/Yorktown/Jamestown and Busch Gardens.
Really nice video, nice to see what campgrounds are like throughout the country. My wife and I live in Indiana, we like to camp in our state parks, a few have full service hook ups. They are usually quite at night, except on holiday weekends, party time, and have bike and hiking trails. We’re not much for resort camping, just a nice place to put our trailer with decent space. When we retire in a few years we want to start taking long trips, maybe a month or two long, and explore the country, so much to see. Probably won’t stay at any one place more than a week, maybe two, just long enough to explore all of what we want to see, then onto the next spot. We will for sure not be staying at that Vegas campground, nooo way!
Thanks, JT, yep just skip that Vegas campground for sure! Put Horseshoe Bend Campground in Lovell, Wyoming in the Bighorn Recreation Area on your list. Sounds like your kind of place for sure. Great hiking and exceptional views!
Hi Paul & Liz, good to see you back in the saddle again.Enjoyed your favorite campground video as we have been to many of those you mentioned. I would think you had a rough time getting the list in order from 10 down to 1, as enjoyment is a subjective thing. We didn’t mind Las Vegas as we stayed free and almost all our time was spent enjoying Vegas itself. We stayed with friends and didn’t spend a whole lot of time there. We had friends staying in the site next to us, also. The staff was good and TT was upgrading the electrical. We are headed to Tuxbury Pond in New Hampshire tomorrow and have heard nice things about it too. Take care and
Glad you know most of these campgrounds, Clay! We feel so fortunate to have Thousand Trails, really adds to our RVing enjoyment. Happy travels to you and thanks for your kind words!
If you want to visit Las Vegas with FHU on the cheaper side, look at the Clark County Shooting Range it’s a county park, in the North West part of town. Sites are $30/night, large, gravel sites, no shade or trees. Love the location as I used to live a couple miles away before going full time.
We loved Hart Ranch. It was our first multi-night park when we started full timing in July. We also went to Little Diamond, but would say we loved it....just OK. Might have to reconsider our stay in Las Vegas TT.
Thanks for the video. I won’t go to Vegas!😂. I’m going to the Midwest next summer. I will definitely go to the Wisconsin camp ground. I rode the Sparta to Elroy trail in the 70’s when it was relatively new. I’ll definitely ride it again.
Yes, so convenient to the campground. I think there is a back way to bike out of the campground and connect to the trail fairly quickly. We racked our bikes each time though. Let us know how you like that campground and be sure to book NOW!
We agree on the Nashville KOA. Close to Opry, nice entertainment in the park, and lots of family activities. Another nice park in the black hills is Rafter-J-Bar. It’s not quite as resort-like as Hart Ranch but has lots of space to play and it’s right on the bike path. Close to Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park.
We are more into the C.O.E. type of camping when we can get full hookups. Sometimes it's a crapshoot, you can get stuck with the Munsters as neighbors. Especially on the weekends. But were just getting ready for extended travel starting at year end. DW and I both had surgeries to recover from and work to do on the S&B. Yeah, it's paid for so we're keeping it. At least for the foreseeable future. We loved your list, and we might try Hart campground when we reschedule our Mount Rushmore trip that was canceled for DW's surgery. Glad to see you guys back together
Thanks so much for your love and support and for being with us through thick and thin. My only experience with COE campgrounds is they have all been 5 - 7 miles down a gravel road. That said, we are now in a National Forest and are LOVING our site! Thanks for watching and wishing you both a speedy recovery.
WOW Lake Neshonoc is # 3 on your distinguished list. That was my (Dave's) frequent campground from the late 1960's to the mid 1970's. Back then it was a small "mom and pop" campground with maybe 100 sites. My folks started there in a tent, then a pop-up, and finally a travel trailer. Their travel trailer ended up at a permanent site overlooking the lake. They had a couple different boats over the years. Dad taught bunches of fellow campers and their kids how to ski. One summer we had a small fishing boat, one pair of skis, and a bunch of canoe paddles. The boat had only enough power to pull a skinny teenager (not me, but I got to drive!) up on 2 skis, but could go fast enough for him to kick off a ski and slalom. When he fell we used a trick we saw from a ski club out of LaCrosse - tossed a canoe paddle to him, slow troll while he strategically balanced a ski an a paddle on his bare foot, then hit it as hard as a 25HP Evinrude could to pull him out of the water. Next time we got close to shore he kicked off the ski and slalomed on the paddle. "Rinse and repeat" until we ran out of canoe paddles. We camped at a few other local campgrounds, but Lake Neshonoc was always our favorite. Great to hear that the place is thriving and still a favorite.
What a great story and good memories! I was reading the history (they have a little exhibit the local high school made for them) when I was there. The original campground was the lower part. It really is a sweet place, so glad you know it!
@@LizAmazing At that time the upper area was undeveloped fields. Not much there except for a couple of piles of trash. Just a fun place for us rowdy kids to explore.
@@LizAmazing I’m not going to criticize Lake Neshonoc campground… but having lived in the area my entire life… and having camped in my RV in some of the nicest sites in that campground, I have to say that I’m surprised that it ended up so high on your list. In my opinion, there are many many nicer places to camp in Wisconsin alone… but lol… unlike you, i’m not going to advertise my favorites ;)
We were married at Diamond Lake in Washington back in 2008! At a friend's lake house in October it was so beautiful!!! Fall time is so amazing there!!!
What a great video! You two look fantastic. Thank you for this information. You are always so entertaining and your videos with the information are so well done.
Hey you two! Yes, I am sure you plan to go to Wisconsin again someday. We thoroughly loved Door County, as well as the Neshonoc Lakeside campground! Happy planning!!
Great video, I need to re-watch it and take notes. I was wondering if you both agreed on the top 10 or if there were other campgrounds that one of you liked better than the other. I'm glad you actually had favorites all across the country from East coast to West coast. I hope things are going well for both of you.
Thanks Rae, and great question. We did indeed agree on all. The only question was the placement. Somedays we wanted to put #2 as #1 and vice versa. Thanks for watching and for the good wishes!
Great information and content. I to are from Louisville KY. Jeff and l Love Palm Springs. We have a TT membership. We drove through Las Vegas then we left👍 Safe travels to the Both of you. Love your Channel 🙋♀️👍😃
Great video! Regarding the “town” of West Glacier…we were just there last week, and there really is very little in the way of services there. There is one tiny market with high prices. Our Airbnb host (we’re not RVers…yet) recommended we pick up groceries in Columbia Falls, which is about 20 minutes west of West Glacier. Not an awful distance, but when you’re there to visit Glacier National Park, that’s what you want to be doing, not running for groceries! Glad to see you two back together again.
We also love Idyllwild and Rancho Oso and they are fairly close to home for us. We have stayed quite a few times in the Las Vegas Thousand Trails usually as a way point but a couple of times just to go see a show (We used Lyft since we were in a class B and it was so convenient). The only thing we haven't liked about the Las Vegas location is the heat. Forget using your fridge until you have escaped the area. lol.
Exactly, that Jeanette! That Vegas heat is something else! Glad you know Rancho Oso and Idyllwild! I am ready to move to Pine Cove!!! Thanks for watching!
We’re at Horse Park now. So many things to do in the area. You can drive an hour to Cincinnati or Louisville. On backing in your spot, we have found that if you are having trouble, come at the site from the other direction. There is always one direction that is better.
Thank you for you review. We made notes for our furture travels. To share, our worse TT campgrounds were Peace River in Wauchula Florida and Carolina Landing in Fair Play, South Carolina. I don't think we will ever visit these campground again.
Ha! We stayed at both of those this year. Carolina Landing was eye opening the longer we stayed there and started to notice the other campsites. We had a great site backed into the woods. But other sections were depressing. Thanks for watching and commenting, Allen!
We were at Moose RV park West Glacier last week, just down from Lake Five you mentioned. Did you go to the Road to the Sun and also North Fork Road up to Bowman Lake? Awesome time at Glacier just keep your side mirrosr turned in on the road to the sun, super narrow but oh, the views! We’re headed to Arches at Moab tomorrow from Jensen Utah.
Hi Carl! Yes, we rode our bikes up to Logans Pass before they opened the road. Then Paul drove it in our big truck and did great! We will add the Bowman Lake drive to our list for next time. Enjoy Arches, we loved it there! Happy travels!
I am so sorry that you lost your dog. I lost mine over six months ago a bichon female 16 years together. Her name is Fluffy. I miss her every day. Thank you for all your response.
So glad to see the Suwanee River campground in your list of favorites! We have been trying to think of a good place a bit farther for us and had been contemplating that area. That Las Vegas trip was a trip to remember for you guys! Glad you made it out safely. You had me at circling helicopter. Yikes!
Yep, it was an all around bad experience!! Yes, do check out the Suwannee River campground. We did a whole video dedicated to that place, check it out: ua-cam.com/video/A5KvGtHV8mQ/v-deo.html
Camping best at Homer spit Homer Alaska, also Mary's lake in Glacier park, went to Hart Ranch when they first opened on a promo and listened to a pich on a time share for three hours
We love the tour of the camping parks. My wife and I go to Mackinaw Michigan every year in August at Tee Pee campground. It's small but nice. We know the owners. You have to book a year ahead of time. It's closest to Mackinaw City.
Thanks for the tips - will definitely try and visit Idyllwild! We've had good luck at Yosemite Lakes RV Resort. Beautiful setting on a river, close to the park entrance, and it is a Thousand Trails park.
Grest thoughts on campgrounds! One thing with us… Nashville KOA was a real pain! Our reservist Army s-n-l & daughter were moving home to Nashville. They were using our TT while they house hunted… a huge tree the was on their property but on the other side of their fence. It totaled our TT! They refused any liability !!! We won’t be back.
Oh my goodness. If a tree fell on your TT, then your insurance agent should assess who is liable, likely the property the tree is on. Thanks for your comment.
@@LizAmazing My insurance took care of it… but we got tagged for the deductible. $500😖 The people they used in Nashville to check it out were sooo bad and stuff got dropped. A bad story all the way around.
Hi Guys, I enjoyed your video and wanted to respond to your question about Rancho Oso. I stay here regularly and recently got Starlink. It works very very well at Rancho Oso.
Love Hart Ranch, but severe weather not uncommon. Hit with tennis-ball size hail. Sustained $30k damage to F350 dually and $32k damage to our GD Momentum.
We’ve stayed at Suwanee River Rendezvous twice from your first recommendation. First time we were in the lower section. I didn’t like it too much but my partner thought it was Ok. The second time was in the upper section. We both loved it. AND the market in Mayo os pretty good.
When you are in Vegas the nicest RV park is The Oasis at the end of Las Vegas Blvd. Very nice and safe. Also why not go for the Wild West feel and go "over the hump" as they say to Pahrump, NV? The nicest park is Nevada Treasure and it truly is a treasure. Beautiful desert mountains all around, wild horses and burrows and just a 45 minute drive to Vegas. Death Valley is 30 minutes away and lots of interesting day trips elsewhere.
Just want to say Linda’s bakery is awesome, glad you loved the camp ground. We booked a year in advance but loved very day we were there . Hey you guys have a pet monkey? that’s a lot of banana’s on the counter.😜
Oh, I love it, thanks Jeff. We just like bananas, we eat one each after a bike ride and Paul drinks a smoothie every morning. Glad you know Linda's bakery!
😄Liz, it is interesting that you’re from Lexington, Kentucky. I used to live in Lexington for 23 years. It’s a beautiful city and a wonderful place to raise children.
Great video guys….. thanks for the good and bad of these campgrounds…. we have the TT and TC too and looking forward to using it more! Keep the videos coming 🤗
Great video. I was gonna quit camping but just couldn’t just got new travel trailer yesterday. You were asking for video ideas. What apps do you use to find out about narrow roads, height restrictions etc.
Hi Julie! Congrats on your camper. We use Garmin RV and enter in our dimensions. We also look at campground reviews in case there are warnings about low bridges, narrow roads, etc. We may expound on that in a future video. Thanks for your suggestion and see you out here!
Love you guys. So glad you’re back together and including all of us in your rv-ing life.
Yay, thanks again Artie!
Really are yall back together. If so Liz what did you do with your class A
Y’all look so Happy again. So glad you are back together. Wish y’all the BEST🙏
Yay, thanks so much for being with us through thick and thin, Max!
Paul that’s a good smile happy days are here again (Liz you did that!)

I don't blame you for protecting your property. It seems today that our property has gotten faster legs. You turn your head for one minute and there gone.
We don’t have a toy hauler either, just the standard camper door. But I agree they’re heavy, which may not be for everyone.:))
@@donwat91 No kidding.. Sad to say, but so true.

The Pend Oreille area is gorgeous ! Metaline Falls is beautiful and just minutes from Canada
It truly is a great area, glad you know it, Loretta!
I wish you guys would try Townsend KOA. It was family owned and bought out by KOA but they kept the family running it. It’s in Townsend, TN and just outside the Great Smoky Mountain National park. It’s awesome!
Thanks for the tip Ray, we will add it to the list for sure. Thanks for watching.
One of our favourite places is SunLakes Resort in Washington…during low season. On the lake…full hookups…beautiful scenery…great biking…store, restaurant, and close to Euphrata Washington and Moses Lake. Thanks for this video…lots of great places to explore.
Wow, that sounds beautiful Diane! We love Washington and will have to check that out. Thank you!
Great video. Thanks for sharing. White River RV Park & Campground in Montague, Michigan is beautiful. Nice amenities and just a beautiful campground.
Ooh, good to know. Thank you for this tip!
Hi you two. Great to see ya. Have fun, happy adventures! Be safe…
Thank you so much!!! See you in our latest video right here: ua-cam.com/video/MEZr3NK2mvg/v-deo.html
Last summer I was at the KOA Nashville. Free Free Free shuttle to down town was great. Also the dinner cruise on the riverboat was Boss!
Ooh, we will add this to the list, sounds wonderful. Thank you!
Great video! I live in Virginia and was surprised your #1 was in my home state. I'll have to check it out, thanks.
Yes. It really is a good one. Thanks for watching, Patty!
Our favorite, Association Island in Henderson New York. Nothing like being surrounded by water.
Our worst, Weather Rock someplace in Indiana. What a dump!
Great video guys! Hope everything is going well. Safe travels.
Hi Warren! Hadn't heard of either campground. We will be sure to check out Association Island next time we're in NY. Thanks!
That’s so cool that you guys love it here!
Love you guys. Chesapeake Bay is one of our favorites as well. We spend 3 weeks in spring and fall there and love it. Last three weeks of their season this year.
Yay! So glad you know Chesapeake Bay, can't say enough good things about the place!
Great video. Thanks for sharing this. You shared a lot of great information. Safe travels
Awesome, David & Karen! Thanks for watching and happy travels!
Agree with Hart Ranch evaluation. Been there up twice.
Nashville Shores is great as well.
Agree with Chesapeake Bay campground.
Yay! Glad you know it David!
@@LizAmazing I hope you had a lovely time at Yellowstone NP. Sorry we missed seeing you, two.
Hi Robin. Thanks for the tip! Happy planning for your April tripi and thanks for watching!
I love videos like this for those of us who haven't been anywhere lol. Thank you for sharing 😀
Thanks so much for watching and commenting, Jen, glad you enjoyed it.
I have never been to Vermont, it is definitely on my bucket list. Thanks for the tips!
Nashville KOA is definitely my favorite. I drive a motor home and I really love that they provide rides into Nashville.
Can't say enough good things about them, glad you know that campground!
Thank you for sharing your cg experiences. The awesome pics and videos are an added bonus.
Awww, thank you so much, Lorna, glad to have you with us!
We want to go to Canada next year, Elizabeth! Thanks for the tip!
When we go to Vegas we love the Oasis campground!! If you go back you have to look it up.
We are hearing good things about that campground after posting this video, we really appreciate it! Thanks for watching!
Agree with others on Cherry Hill in DC, we like Normandy Farms in Foxboro, MA, Bayleys RV Resort, Scarborough, ME, and Twin Mountain KOA in Carroll, NH. Can't wait to check out some of your top 10 when we get West
Glad to hear about these campgrounds, thanks Derek! And if you are in the area, check out out the one in the Chesapeake Bay area. Happy travels!
@@rtaylor8322 I LOVE the wonderful trees~the pines are wonderful. And I love the dry, let's admit it.. :D
@@LizAmazing Well that's really cool! Yes, tons of things to do in that area.
I'm glad you mentioned Kentucky Horse Park. I'm heading that way in a couple of weeks.
Yay, David!!! Have fun and thanks for all you do for the cycling community.
Yes, we should have mentioned that. We did all but Busch Gardens. And let us know how you like that great campground. Happy RV planning!
Sounds like a good deal, thanks Dawnie!
our top fav is J B RV in Galveston Texas we like to winter there lots to do both there and around its run by a great family
That's so good to know, Allan. We may winter in Texas someday so we will have to check it out.
@@LizAmazing just make res early
Really enjoyed this video showing different campgrounds around here the U.S. nice job you two! So glad you are traveling together again.
Thanks Joan, sure appreciate you being with us through thick and thin.
My favorite campground is called WEST PORT RV Campground California. Right on the ocean👍
Ooh, we will have to check that one out. Thank you!
We loved Hart Ranch. It was our first multi-night park when we started full timing in July. We also went to Little Diamond, but would say we loved it....just OK.
Might have to reconsider our stay in Las Vegas TT.
Oh goodness, well now at least you know to lower your expectations about the Vegas one! Glad you know Hart Ranch!!!
Ooh, you had us at "on the bike path" We'd sure love to do the whole Mickelson Trail someday. We will check out Rafter J for sure. Thanks!
Oh, and Paul and I just looked at Rafter J, we will DEFINITELY be staying there next time we are in the area. Thanks again!
Love you two...keep up the amazing information!
Thanks, Patty, we love you too! Glad to have you with us!
@@LizAmazing 3 COEs in Florida are fabulous! Not at all near a gravel road. You can buy a book from Amazon with all the COEs and info.
What a great place to get married! Thanks for watching, Carol!
What a great video! You two look fantastic. Thank you for this information. You are always so entertaining and your videos with the information are so well done.
Awww, thank you so much for the love, Terry! So glad to have you with us!
Our favorite is Temperance River State Park, near Tofte MN, along the north shore of Lake Superior.
Ooh, sounds like a good one. Thanks for this!
Got a lot of Wanna Go pins on my Google Map now. Especially Wisconsin, of course.
Hi Jean, oh yeah, Palm Springs is a good one. We've stayed there a few times. Hope to see you on the road. Thanks for watching!
That’s a good tip. We saw the market but we never went in. Thank you for your comment!
Thanks for watching!
thats a lot of bananas. lol
It sure is, William! One of these days we need to show you our pet monkey!
We’re at Horse Park now. So many things to do in the area. You can drive an hour to Cincinnati or Louisville.
On backing in your spot, we have found that if you are having trouble, come at the site from the other direction. There is always one direction that is better.
That's a great tip, thanks Neda! Enjoy the Horse Park, such a great place. Check out Red State BBQ as well!
@@LizAmazing we’ve had that many times. We get it when our sons and their families come to the campsite.
When I go to Vegas I always stay at the Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort actually with the archery competition I do I go at least twice a year.
Oooh, glad to learn about this campground. We will check it out for sure, thanks Darryl!
Thanks for sharing! Just starting out I’ll let ya know when I find my favorite!
Yay, thanks Donna. Looking forward to seeing you out here!
I am so sorry that you lost your dog. I lost mine over six months ago a bichon female 16 years together. Her name is Fluffy. I miss her every day. Thank you for all your response.
Awww, dogs are the best. So sorry about Fluffy. Thanks for watching.
Oh no, those time share pitches can be so long!! Glad you've been to Glacier. And Alaska is on our bucket list!!! Thanks for watching!
@@LizAmazing went to Alaska about 5 years ago and spent months traveling, was the best trip of my life
We love the tour of the camping parks. My wife and I go to Mackinaw Michigan every year in August at Tee Pee campground. It's small but nice. We know the owners. You have to book a year ahead of time. It's closest to Mackinaw City.
That's awesome that you mention Tee Pee campground. Paul stayed there last month and also thought it was great! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the information. As we are new to RVing this video will help us.
Yay, so glad this video was helpful. Looking forward to meeting you out here!
Thanks for the tips - will definitely try and visit Idyllwild! We've had good luck at Yosemite Lakes RV Resort. Beautiful setting on a river, close to the park entrance, and it is a Thousand Trails park.
Yes! I love Yosemite Lakes, but Paul hasn’t been yet. Truly a good find, glad you know it!
I'm glad to see that the Kentucky Horse Park was in your top 10 since it's just 7 miles from me
Yay, Bill! It's a good one for sure!
The people they used in Nashville to check it out were sooo bad and stuff got dropped.
A bad story all the way around.
You guys have the LIFE.
We sure do! It took me 26 years to get out here, feeling very fortunate. Thanks for watching!
What was wrong with the truck that broke down on the last video? Got it all fixed?
Bad water pump, common maintenance issue
Yes, the water pump. All fixed now. Thanks for watching!
Hi Guys, I enjoyed your video and wanted to respond to your question about Rancho Oso. I stay here regularly and recently got Starlink. It works very very well at Rancho Oso.
Oh my goodness, you're the first person to let us know. Thank you so very much Norman! We love it there!!!
narrow sites ? try our time with our Alfa Gold 35 feet with air slideouts , they're great for the none timid .😀
You said it! Thanks for watching.
Love Hart Ranch, but severe weather not uncommon. Hit with tennis-ball size hail. Sustained $30k damage to F350 dually and $32k damage to our GD Momentum.
Yikes! When we were last there we saw at least four campers with blow-up hail covers. They looked like they might work, but probably pricey.
Superb Video guys and very professionally done.
A lot of valuable informations for everyone.

Awww, thank you, I worked really hard at it!
I love you guys your awesome Thank you for vedio.
Aww, thanks so much Victoria! And also thank you for commenting within the first hour. Really helps our channel!
We’ve stayed at Suwanee River Rendezvous twice from your first recommendation. First time we were in the lower section. I didn’t like it too much but my partner thought it was Ok. The second time was in the upper section. We both loved it. AND the market in Mayo os pretty good.
That is awesome! So glad you checked it out and liked it. And good to know about the Mayo market. Thanks for your comment!
Thanks for the honest review.
Thanks so much for watching, Gurung!
Wow, great tips, thank you Linda. We do want to go back to Vegas so we will check out the Oasis. Thanks again.
When in Vegas. Clark County shooting complex and RV park is a great place. Don’t let the shooting range aspect scare you. And the price is right.
Sounds good, thanks for the tip, Mark!
Do you guys have/ use a drone for these aerial pics?
Yes indeed! So fun. Thanks for watching and for commenting within the first hour, really helps our channel!
Little Arrow in Townsend, Tn. and Greenbrier in Gatlinburg, Tn.
Ooh, we will start making a list, thank you William!
Thank you for such a great and informative video! I love honest reviews, they are far and few between.

Boyer Park and Marina is our favorite RV park. Near Pullman, WA.
Good to know, thanks Garry. We love WA!
