It makes sense tho, like you find the technology and give it to all the people who are already there and to all that will come after. Still doesn't make sense why converted units don't get that privilege lol
That was so well made! Enjoyed it a lot and it made the point in the best way possible. Imagine how much it would change the game if units had to return to a building in order to receive their researched upgrade.
Or similar to how (I think) Empire Earth did it. Where the new units would be the upgraded version, but your old units would stay the same unless you specifically upgrade them.
@@Subosi EE also upgraded units anywhere, but it was possible to have obsolete units running around if you manage to avoid getting them killed after their upgrade chains are replaced by newer units
