Italy should not be able to revolt to USA. Italy needs no building improvements cards. I think it's ok for them to build forts but time accordingly proportional

Architects should be able to discount buildings but not for free. I think that’s part of the problem

Architects should not be able to build forts, it’s an explorer/home building. At this pace, in the next patch, they could build factories.

The Fort Spam strategy seems like it is really weak to the enemy just going for Trade Monopoly.
Even before they press the button to start it, being ahead by so many trading posts would be hard to stop.
Even if the countdown is stopped, it is still a ton of value in Defender's advantage being with the Trade Monopoly starter player.
