Thanks for your message. There are many colonies which are very good however this Holy city which is situated on the outer of Amritsar , is well maintained and designed beautifully . It is by far the best colony I saw in entire India keeping in mind that they clean and maintain it regularly. This view is as per my personal experience. I suggest you make few visits before finalising anything in Holy City. Talk to people who are living here to get better idea. Cash ka ratio high hai and that’s the problem. It’s in entire Punjab.

I can agree with you that this is one of the finest colonies of India, although I haven’t visited it personally just saw it on videos and heard about it. Plot rate thik ha magar app na loan per plot lya ha is lya registry eak no mai ki ha is sa rate 30000sa b plus ho gai. Is rate mai gar banaya vala hi laga financer nahi kyu ka profit nahi hoga. Or congrats
You need to search a party who is willing to accept but yes that party will have to pay capital gain tax on the profit it earned. It’s tough to find such persons. Else you need to arrange cash or self cheques for the seller if you can’t carry cash. In this way you can get registration done at government circle rate. Also, problem with white money is that once you sell the property in future , then new buyer will have to do registration at higher amount. Therefore it’s tough to deal with white monies in purchasing properties
Mam please tell which property is better in Amritsar PUDA aproved or under corporation . Recently I saw two properties 1st is NOC from PUDA but society has safety tank system not proper sewage system 2nd is under corporation and sewage system is proper . TIA
PUDA approved means you don’t need to pay for NOC. Getting loan is easier if the property is PUDA approved. PUDA approved property is without any litigation. However you please consult with property advisor who can guide you in detail
