I would love to see some competitive tournaments, like actually attempt to go pro. If thats something you're even interested in. Would definitely be fun to watch
Not sure he would be able to film... I play a small Texas circuit and even without filming, every tournament there is slow play from guys concentrating super hard
@@the1mexicant hes made videos of tournaments in the past
@@the1mexicant someone else would film
could be wrong but i believe one of his vids from a couple years ago he talked about wanting to go pro
Micah too, he's a beast
this series is the best gm series so far. Its like a personal lesson for the viewers too
facts bruh I was thinking the same shit like damn garret really out here giving us what we wanna see when we bored in bed and a free high caliber golf lesson lmaooo
You just had a PGA coach tell you a part of your swing is “world class”. I hope you see the potential in your content having the ability to go toward seriously high level golf, kinda like how Kyle is. Even if it’s a mini series of coaching like this and maybe solo tournament golf in the future
Ya that was pretty cool to hear 👊
I honestly think Garrett has more potential than Kyle. Sorry Kyle 😂
@@parkerbarrett46 agree
if that doesnt motivate garret to want to do something more with golf idk what will
@@parkerbarrett46 How?
It was kinda like 2 doctors working together to correctly diagnose a patient. Loved it!
Still waiting for Sunday matches to come back!!!
I love these lesson videos. Really great to listen and see how these guys look at a golf swing and how they work through different drills to help your swing. Love the content
Garrett, these guys know their stuff, now you need to practice it and keep going to see them. They mentioned the left arm problem, that needs to be addressed, should be easier with better hip movement. Also they did not mention the right elbow driving too far forward. That is a difficult correction to make and not so important now that you are becoming more solid but I would say it would be worth it.
Super helpful! Keep those lesson videos coming! I'm currently working with a local pro and this just enhanced the stuff I'm working on.
Zeigler seems like a really frickin great dude and super smart coach. Garrett is so lucky
for someone who has similar issues with draw/hook this video was super helpful especially the drills they gave you
Any stoolies notice Caleb in the hoodie
Had to double take it. I was like wtf is that Caleb??! 😆 🤣
Caleb is getting lessons from Como. I'd love for a good good foreplay crossover!
@@wes1588 would be world class. would LOVE to see what Como has to say about un-crosseyed Rigggs' swing. would be way less painful (more enjoyable) to watch. Throw Biz some lessons too, may take some pressure off Whit's back having to carry the team all the time.
51 strokes the way to go
yes Garrett!! keep up the amazing work!! your gonna improve very quick now and it's good to see you taking this very seriously!
Awesome video. Look forward to implementing some of those drills into my own game. Keep it going Garrett!!
Thanks so much for sharing this! That throwing the ball behind you is a huge key!
Love these lessons from tour pros. Even if the lesson doesn't pertain to me it's always good to hear the tips and watch the drills.
always like coming back to this video as a reminder of the feels I should have. Great video for anyone trying to get better!
A big part of coaching that is sort of unspoken about is that they boost your confidence, and give you a platform of reassurance, which is so important to take your game to the next level. These guys did that so well.
I agree. I think it’s very important for performance based sports/activities. Especially with golf.
I love watching your growth. Keep it up - you’ll make the Tour.
Great video. Shout out to Chris and Brian for sharing their instruction with everyone.
Love these videos thanks for the content bro!!
Loved It! Been going to Golf Tec and I know I need to do exactly what they were telling you but not giving me those drills. Running out to try them now!
Seeing the gains Garret! Keep working out 🏋️♀️. Winning 💪🏻💪🏻
Awesome stuff. I recently just took my 1st lesson after being self taught. I am like you, a great foundation. Just need to shallow out and turn more. But doing that is a big change is that swing motion. I got a planemate and highly recommend it based in what changes you want to make. Enjoy the channel.
The best man, my swing has improved just from some fine tweaks. Thanx fellas you guys are not only entertaining but you share knowledge as well
Very relatable, I went through a swing change as well last season. My issue was not being on one plane and lack of hip rotation through impact. My misses were hooks, now they are out to the right. Also gained distance with the change as well.
Love the medicine ball drills especially throwing it to the ground! That’s the actual swing, the rest is follow through! We hit the Golf ball in the follow through!
Definitely helped me out pimpin. That slamming the med ball down with the follow through. And the talk about driving your legs up. I'm not releasing early now and my swing gotta lota extra speed behind it. Anyways thanks for the content and keep up the great work your gonna do big things.
Great work and the lesson was on point. Keep at it and we'll be seeing you on the tour
I'm so glad I watched this video, as this information is going to help my game so much at the moment. Deffos going to do some of this drills in the backyard. Keep up the good content @gm__golf
Again one of my favourite vid because it is relatable! More of these plz G!
Wow. Most detailed swing movements and positions I have ever seen. Looks like those tips would create a lot of power and accuracy. Good Good and GM are making vast improvements in my game.
this was very super informative! thank you for filming this!
I love these kind of videos keep them coming bud!
Congrats dude! Love the process.
My unsolicited opinion is it's a good thing you don't fully appreciate your untapped potential. Top pros like this don't throw around comments such as "world class" and "you could make the tour" lightly. Your humility will help keep you grounded. Please don't let humility cause doubt, however. Go for this and believe in those helping you. It isn't just ball striking -- it's all you are able to do, including those crazy shots you could pull off as a kid (and still do in these videos). It's an extremely rare combination of talents. Without UA-cam, no one would have ever known. I am glad you are getting the instruction and support you need to do this. Good luck!
Fascinating to watch really good teachers teach a really good player.
This video was awesome! So much good information 👍🏻👍🏻 definitely gonna use these in my training 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Very valuable information. Seriously, thank you for posting this.
awesome video I literally asked about the progress earlier today lol.... and was happy to see this video pop up.
I have the same issue where my upper body moves too much to the trail side during my backswing. This video and these drills seem extremely helpful, can't wait to try them myself! Thanks for the access to such great coaching!
I struggle with some of the same problems. Gonna have this video on replay so by the time the snow melts it’s branded in my brain. Thanks! More of these please! Lol
I am doing the same thing as you and this video has helped me alot. Would love to see more just like it. Thank you for sharing
You're a G for uploading your lessons. I actually learn a lot so thanks
I can so relate to the advance they were giving you my highschool career with golf I’ve never had that kind of guidance to improve
Over the past year, I’ve been taking tidbits from your videos to go practice my swing myself. My 7 iron I would hit maybe 145-150 due to not knowing how to swing properly. Now I can hit it 170-185 consistently just by listening to what everyone was saying in your videos or just watching and trying to mimic what everyone is doing
Awesome stuff. Love these kinda vids. Liked and subscribed.
Looks great! This is exactly what I’m trying to do with my golf swing
Great video! Thank you for posting
Great lesson! Love the Great White Shark 3/4 shirt at the end. I suck at golf. Only hitting drives 250. Trying to find my power, your sessions are helping 🤙🏼
Great insight, Thank you!
Very cool to learn by watching you go through it. Thanks for sharing.
Very insightful thank you!
More of these videos please, great watch!
Love these videos. Im going to use some of these exercises
Keep going with these guys as much as you can. Consistency!
Really cool to see and pick up bits of info from top coaches
Been waiting for this😤
Ive gotten 2 lessons before and I went because I wanted to figure out how to hit my driver better. Only reason I went. The instructor told me that I, just like you, move my head too much in my swing. He told me to imagine a point on the wall in front of my face and feel like your head always stays on that point until you make contact. Ended up helping my iron game a lot but did nothing for my driver. What did help me with my driver tho was trying to drive my lead leg up to the sky instead of towards my target line. That change took a lot more time to implement than the “keeping your head in one place” change
Definitely taking some of these tips, thanks!!
I’ve been working on working away from out to in and now working on shallowing and making sure I am shifting and loading correctly. This video was amazing! Such a fan of good good and young G. If I can only get to his level one day lol
I have a problem with a flying right elbow. Watching how tight you keep your right elbow is mind blowing to me. Great educational video!
Wow awesome tips to apply to my swing, love these videos
Yes, finally some advice relatable for taller players 🙌🏻
Sunday matches are gonna be lit this year!
Best video yet very helpful analysis
Love the vids keep them up
Brian is a beast. That drill at 9 mins blows my mind . I’m going to do that
This is an awesome golf video!! Wayyyyy better than that review video we all cringed through!
Can’t wait to see you on tour someday
You are getting so much better!
Loved this video GM.. I'm a newbie to golf and have watched hundreds of youtube videos for tips and training.. I haven't seen a swing as smooth as yours.. can you do a video on what it feels like for you for each part of your swing? Grip, stance, take away, transition, release and finish? Thx bro
Love your content. Cant wait to see you get 400k
Caleb Pressley going to join any good good content? Would love to see where his game has gotten too since he started 51 strokes journey. Also Good Good vs Fore Play would be awesome content.
good good would mop the floor with foreplay, but it would be fun to watch
@@MrNutburger I agree but if Lurch and clutch Riggs shows up it could get interesting. Frankie would also need to keep them butter knife's in the kitchen drawer and Trent just has to be Trent daddy a couple times.
three of the main 4 in good good are scratch golfers while riggs is the best at around a 4 handicap. I agree that it would be super fun but foreplay is getting smoked lmao
micah and g rat 2 v 4 scramble would be pretty good though
I think it is great to see these kind of instruction videos for sure.
That was some educational stuff right there. Will be using this material to help myself get better. 👍🏽💪🏽
Not Really how it works, I mean it could to some extent. But these pros are teaching G Rat out of HIS habits. So therefore you and G Rat probably don't have those exact issues. But possibly to some extent it will help
Thanks for the lesson!!😃
this is awesome! it's not fun to make changes to a swing, but great to do in the offseason so you can ball when it's nice out
Awesome content right here! I wish this was a longer video!
Thanks Bradley.
Loving this
Love to see it!!!
That slam ball exercise is amazing.
Got to respect the grind!
Awesome instructions
Really interesting lesson. The pump drill has been helping me hit from the inside and squat and weight shift better. Great looking swing you've got.
yeah man agreed
Wow, the knowledge I soaked up during this video!!!
I’m always amazed teaching pros find all the golf muscles you don’t use. I always feel sore after a good session the next day.
hadn't watched a video in a few months, this guy was a twig and now he is absolutely shredded
Yep we all go through where we are losing track of our swing. Watched your first couple of rounds with Tigg the other day and both of you have advanced so much in the game 👊
agreed man
Goltec has helped me improve my game tremendously, but it takes a lot of hard work and practice ..Great Vid on what to remember in order to get the most out of a proper swing. Hardest for me was not reverting back to my old swing, when i would start hitting bad shots again.
Really like this instruction
This will help me hit ball first. Thanks!
Easily one of my favorite video!!! LETS GET SLOTTED BOYS
This was excellent!
Very nice move away and thru the ball. Really good hands are sometimes hard to overcome.
Great lesson!
You have such a nice swing and way better than I think you give yourself credit.
Getting dialed in
Good for you Garrett 👍
Fantastic content, thanks.
This just helped so much
