I HATE getting others to take my photos because I'm not only CRAZY embarrassed to pose in front of others, but most people really don't seem to be able to take a good photo. Hope this video is helpful for you also! :)
Seriously, no one can frame it up well, no one will even attempt to keep the horizon somewhat level.... pay zero attention to posing (won't call me out on anything!!) *sobs* I have a nice camera (/really/ nice, older professional level nikon) but it's too old for apps or even video. So sad.
Me too! I normaly took so much time to compose his picture to get a good one. When it was my turn, he just points the camera at me and "click." "Want another one?" "click."
I gotta say, I’ve felt so discouraged from taking photos of myself lately- namely bc im handing my camera to my boyfriend or a stranger who take 2 horrible shots, mostly unfocused, and move on. This video has given me so much new inspiration to do it myself!
Sorelle Amore If u take a photo by yourself in a foreign country, like you leave your camera and a tripod in a certain position to take a photo and you stand posing. What if robbers just come and take your camera? Did it ever happen to you? And if so, how can u prevent that from happening?
Would you steal a camera mounted on a tripod while the owner is a few meters away? Also, the best selfies are taken in less crowded spaces so you should be able to keep an eye on it
This is so empowering!! I come from an industry where it takes a whole crew of people to achieve a perfect shot and the fact that you are able to do it all by yourself seems like the ultimate form of creative independence... So cool... My mind it blown! You are so inspiring!
Were'nt you afraid that somebody will steal your things while you are faced away from your equipment? As example the pictures in nature? I would love to do it outdoors but in my country everyone has very long fingers lol even to the most impossible times haha
Really not a problem. I feel most people are a little confused about what I'm doing when I shoot around people just watch. And if I'm a little worried, I stare at my app the whole time when turned away from the camera in case I see the screen move. Then I can turn around and run after the person with my camera. haha
I don't wanna be intrusive, but I need to ask: do you live in Brazil ? Because here is the same. :( I'm afraid to put my cellphone on a tripod even in front and close of me.

I had this exact issue when I was in Iceland solo travelling earlier this year! I let one stranger take a photo of me and lost my faith in humanity's photography abilities so had to do all my travel pics myself! This is such a relatable video! Great job!
Another good option (since I couldn't afford a camera with wifi) was to get a camera with a flip out screen and buy a SUPER cheap wireless remote connected to the self timer. As long as you're not too far away you can see your composition in the small screen and focus in with the remote. voila!
As a photographer this is what upsets me lol... the minute i hand over my pro camera to someone else i'm like OH GOD PLEASE get the shot... or i'm looking for someone else with a SLR camera lol
you take really nice photos.. I'm really diggin these photography UA-cam channels where they just go out and shoot.. check out thomas heaton as well. hes pretty great.. just not nearly as beautiful.. like for real.. how are you that gorgeous? the thumbnail is killer
This video is great! But where do you put your phone though? For example, when you're in water like in the bath tub. And don't you have to redo the poses when you turn away to put your Phone aside?
Is it only me that find you so cool, energetic and attractive? Basically you are that very kind of woman I wish we had more on this planet and I love your smile!
That was my next question... where do you chuck your phone so it's not in the shot... especially in outdoorsy photos, like the flower field or on the beach.
you have become a part of me in the afternoon after work! I can't stop watching as you are so entertaining as well as very informative. sending you my love!
@Sorelle Armore : Hey. Big Ffffffffuuuuuuuu to you because every single shot is so perfect. So well edited. So ridiculously good. You're amazing and also is your work. Keep it on hun. Love, James
Yes please, would LOVE a video on how to pose your body! I ADORED the post from a few days ago where you went into every little detail about how you positioned yourself in front of the camera. You are my fave, Sorelle!
I happened across your channel when looking for inspiration after a bout of depression (I know, super deep, and we've just met, 😉)... anywho... not expecting anything else other than to skip to the next video after :40 (like I had done to the last 5 UA-camrs that I have frequented for years)... I found myself 'Subscribing' and "hitting the bell" and "liking" your video in the 1st :30seconds! I LOVE Your Personality. Your style. And the fact that you are projecting in an attainable fashion (realistic for any walks of life). Thank you so much, I feel optimistic and finding my way out of this funk I've been in... #youveinspiredme be proud for what you do, naturally ...brightens other's days♡
So I don’t have a WiFi camera but I was wondering if you could do a similar thing with two smartphones... like if you set one up to take the pic and another to look at how the pic looks? Does anyone know an app that could do that? This would be so helpful xx

Just found your channel. Where were you all this time of my life? 🙈 binge watching your videos and thank you for the awesome and actually practical tips! ❤️❤️❤️
Great advice - thanks! I'm always by myself when I travel so this is super handy. I'm going to buy a camera that can connect wireless to my phone! Question - when you are out in the middle of nowhere; dessert / mountain...and there is no service or wifi, will the phone and camera still connect with each other? Thank you!!
You are beautiful inside and out, and very pleasant to watch. I've never been to Bali, but now it's on my wish list! You really have talent in front and behind the camera, wow!
I don't love my app neither. It's the PlayMemories app which is compatible for the Sony. Unfortunately the apps for each model aren't perfect yet but you gotta work with what you have!

Hi Molka, 2 years from now I guess you have found an answer or moved to anything else, BUT, for those who are still wondering, by the time it was "Playmemories", now called "ImagingEdge" , the native app from Sony (For sony cameras) ✌🏼

Hi sorelle
For people who have a camera without WiFi, there are WiFi enabled SD cards. You can put them in nearly any camera and then your camera has WiFi :)
They are a bit more pricey than usual SD cards but definitely affordable for most people.
You are an huge inspiration ❣️
First of all: having a hell of a beautiful body like yours.

Hi! If you don't mind me asking, which compatible app did you use? I'm having trouble with finding them. Thank you!
@SereneDesserts it is different between the camera's brand. it is their own official app
ohhh okay thank you very much!
And WiFi
Have not had luck with the app 🤷🏻♀️
Another good option (since I couldn't afford a camera with wifi) was to get a camera with a flip out screen and buy a SUPER cheap wireless remote connected to the self timer. As long as you're not too far away you can see your composition in the small screen and focus in with the remote. voila!

After seeing all the pictures you posted on Facebook, and how good they were, I am more impressed how you did it.
Hi, Sorelle! Huge fan of yours.
Every video I watch from Sorelle I need to watch it twice: the first time is for visuals and the second is to pay attention at what is being said.
An alternative would be getting a Bluetooth shooter, those are super affordable and work really well!
Love the speed you talk. Never get bored!
This video is great!
But where do you put your phone though? For example, when you're in water like in the bath tub.
And don't you have to redo the poses when you turn away to put your Phone aside?

Oh yay! Thank you ! :)
Oh dear. I’m so obsessed with you. Like I can’t get enough of you.☺️☺️
I used to do the self-timer and it killllllsssssss - but are you using a self-timer with your phone?
Yes! I am. It has a two second delay so that gives me enough time to put the phone away and pose :)
Lol. I was wondering the same thing.
That was my next question... where do you chuck your phone so it's not in the shot... especially in outdoorsy photos, like the flower field or on the beach.

An alternative is to put it on video and work it.. then take a screenshot of the frame you like.
Unfortunately that affects the quality of the pictures, I've found. If you know of a way around it I'd love to know!
I've found pairing your phone with your camera or another phone and then using that to view your framing is much more effective.
just watched ur channel for the first time. your personality is really attractive! keep up the good work sorelle!

Love the pics, just seems to time consuming in getting that perfect shot. I rather live it! Love ur smile though great bod.
What is your daily exercise routine? Gym equipment? This looks great and thanks for the tips!
I've been researching cameras for beginners and I just love how you're able to use your phone to see what your camera is seeing. Is bluetooth (or 'snapbridge' as I've seen it often called) the same thing as having a camera that connects to wifi? I would really like a camera that works with my phone the way you've described here.
Struggling with this too 🤷🏻♀️
I LOVE your smile, it's so bright and happy. I can't help but keep smiling with you! haha
3:12 Your way is definitely way better but an alternative that might do the work could be a big ass mirror on the other side of the camera and a cheap remote to take the photo, so you can avoid the 10sec delay and running back to the bathtub.
P.S. Or a camera with a screen that can flip over (duh).
I have a remote shutter very handy. She doesn't have a flip type camera like the Sony cyber shot.
