Can you make a rebuild only buying players that your scouts bring you? I’m talking about league scouts… like you choose your scouts and send them to diferent leagues and only buy the players that they tell you.
The challenge is basically put your real football knowledge at side and rely in the scouts 😂

I see you love doing dortmund stuff. I think it would be a great idea to do a dortmund 2 take over and make them the best club not only in dortmund, not only in germany, but in the world. It would be cool to see the players that don't make the dortmund 1st team get a second chance. You can make real beasts out of everyone in that team, especially Hetwerr, Aning and Elongo-Yombo. Someone I would surely sign in season 1 is Julian Duranville. IRL he plays for dortmund youth team and doesn't get game time at dortmund 1 at all, so he fits the squad perfectly. if you want to make a challenge, you can maybe only sign dortmund rejects, but you dont actually need to many signings luckily cause the team is filled with huge potential

please do a nec nijmegen rebuild there team are 6th in the eredivisie with only 2 points away from 5th ajax. they are also in the cup final (KNVB Beker). they have a lot of experienced players like: sandler, schone, cillessen, chery, nuytinck and bas dost. but on the other side they have some talent in: proper, sano, van rooij and hansen. please this would be a very interesting rebuild
