How clean and bright compared to rat infested Paris or Rome.So prosperous looking. I didn't notice any gypsies or druggedout beggars prowling the streets. No rubbish blowing downthe lanes. Must visit, soon!

Bruce Marsico i didn’t know Paris and Rome are infested with rats and have beggars? In my country, Philippines, if you aquired a schengen visa and travelled to Paris, you’re considered elite.

It's a bit like that in the USA.If one mentions to a friend that they're off to Paris or Rome or Madrid,it usually is met with a 'oh, how lucky you are! How wonderful, I wish I were going!'But why join the stampede? I'd rather spend my time in Monaco for the reasons I mentioned previously. That place is the epitome of the elite places...……………….
