Such a beautiful & magical place! I have lived in a few places that were similar out here in California & it was common for farmhouses to have kitchens & bathrooms on the outdoor areas of these homes. Large covered porches & overhangs were easily enclosed & it was easier having these close to the living quarters when the old out houses were replaced by indoor plumbing! I'm almost 65 & I'd happily live in that little beauty & replace each board as time allowed. What a fun project! The garden must have been amazing in it's day. Good video. That photo on the dining room table was most likely the previous generation of the last owner/occupants!
Oh, that dining room table & matching chairs would easily fetch $2-3,000 in California. And that television console an easy $1,500. I'd value the dolls @ $100.00 each minimum & that metal bed would fetch an easy $200 in an estate sale!
That was a trip down memory lane. Iused to have a dolls pram like that . Absolutely loved it. Having a bride doll was the thing to have. Rarely played with as it was "too special". Mum had the same kind of vases. Flowers from the garden, usually dahlias or plastic. Similar television but ours had a record player. Dad used to play his Slim Dusty albums on a Saturday night. Got the feeling it was a very peaceful place, pity about the termites. Thanks for sharing. Good that the snake skin wasn't on it's owner when you found it ☺
When I go into anyone's house, especially for the first time, I always get a certain "feeling" as to the atmosphere of the place . Its either a good aura or different grades to coldness or sometimes bad vibes. My father had a house that had a terrible, unsettling vibe to it. During the day there was an emptyness to it, even if there were many people present at the time. The night was suffocating, almost unbearable. My father was a wealthy man, but very unhappy and angry. He was no saint before he accumulated his wealth but he appeared to be happier before becoming rich. His last remaining days were on this large property in a secluded rural area in Australia. He was there for about 3 years before he died in the house. He wrote in his will that his mistress could live there rent free for the rest of her life She was extremely sick and depressed over his death. She suicided on pain killers not long after he died. It was 2 or 3 days later that she was found in her bedroom. The house was mothballed for a long time before the estate put it up for rent. The rent was cheap, because no one else but a "thirty something"couple were interested. 7 months later, the firebrigade were called out by a passing car when they saw smoke at the property. It was found that the property had been used as a meth lab. The couple were connected with an outlaw motorcycle group. They were imprisoned. There was not too much damage done to the house. The estate could not sell the place so it lay unused. My brother was having problems with money so he told the estate he would stay there and look after the upkeep, if it was rent free. I told him at the time, to get out of there as soon as he gets back on his feet. I went there only the once to see him. I found it very uncomfortable, unnerving being in the house. In the few months he was there, he had a friend killed in a car accident, after leaving the house. Also my brother was chased on foot by a gun wielding man early one morning. He was lucky to have gotten away. He started drinking quite a bit as he was depressed about his friend who was incinerated in the car crash. He said he had just gotten to the house one particular evening after work and switched on the tv. He said he heard something scuffing along the floor. He looked over and saw a "thong" we call them in Australia, flip flop in America, skid about 12 inches along the tiles in his direction and come to a stop. He said it startled him because there was no one else there. Hes a very old school, no bs sort of a man, about 6' 3 and built like two side by side refridgerators He had a look around then put it out of his mind. The following week he was to start nightshift. He started the shift at 1 am so he thought he would have a few hours sleep beforehand. He woke up about 10 pm got showered, dressed and poured a coffee. He was listening to the radio when he heard a swoosh noise in the air. He said that one of our father's "stubby" holders( small rubber/insulated beer can or bottle holder ) flew just in front of his face. He told me he looked in the direction it came from and there was no one there. He grasped his car keys and sped off like he was being chased. He said there was no one else in the house when it happened. He has never believed in any supernatural or afterlife stuff, but now he's changed his mind. Our father despised my brother all through his life. He was mentally and physically cruel to him. My father would have hated my brother being at the house, especially without rental payment. I believe my brothers account. The fact that it was one of our fathers possessions thrown at him, just cements my belief in what happened. The house is still unoccupied after 3 years. I say all this as a warning, if you are looking at a house to rent or buy, go on your gut instinct.
Maybe there were nasty sprites before your dad moved in & maybe he refuses to go into the 'light' & stays there in sprite or the other sprite (s) won't let him leave & don't forget the dead girl friend. Strange stuff. I believe you're right about going with your gut on being in places. If something says "leave" with your feelings then LEAVE. Better to be safe than sorry.
Well done, Michael. Thank you for documenting this interesting old house before it disappears-a partial, teaser snapshot of a life and a world that will never exist again. Your kind heart shines through again in your comments about the dog pics and the little bat. Thank you for that as well. Again, well done.
I think the house was a boarding house. It seemed like the rooms in the front were boarders rooms because each room had its own door outside. The keys on the table could very well be room keys. At least some of them. There were quite a few keys that were double keys on a ring. One for boarder and one for the landlord. One key for the kitchen door. I believe the landlord was a lady because the curtains, dolls and feminine things around. She probably died in the house in the bedroom off the kitchen because of the bed. That bed had the bedding rolled up like someone other than the user would do. I, also, believe it was her ghost that opened the door. She was probably a hard working pleasant soul who loved the house very much and would invite in a visitor. I love these type of videos and I really enjoyed this one.
I am sure that house has had other visitors, but I am so glad no one plastered the walls with grafitti or obscene words. These places are stuck in time and its a lovely experience when you get to appreciate that. Well done, MKuebler5, to another great vid. 👍
It is amazing to me that the place was not vandalized with graffiti all over the place. People in America ruin everything many kids in America have no respect for the history of abandoned places. Such a wonderful thing that remains intact - a history of those that lived there. The door seemed to open welcoming you to explore a place where flowers and animals and plants were a love of the previous owner/s. Great video.
Patrick Boone - most of American kids are spoiled brats and have more than they need - I can say what I want to - explain why they are all marching to ban guns - they just do what the crowd does - children these days are raised in the schools to be believe everything is owed to them - what do you know? I raised 5 boys and they never did anything like the kids do these days - I am proud of the men, fathers and husbands they have become. But kids in this day and age are mostly molly coddled and spoiled to death. You can voice your own opinion but stop criticizing mine - everyone of you has an opinion.
I'm not sure I would of had the guts to go in that house after the door opened by itself, wow SPOOKY!!! Very very strange place, interesting! Good explore!!!! Thanks!
There seems funny that so many things in that house is so clean and white. I collect dolls and I can't believe how nice those dolls looked, like they hadn't been there for long.
Gorgeous place. loved the three taps on the sink, one for rain water of course. The Mapps had the two servos up there and Ron Mapp only passed in 2009. The dolls were a bit creepy, but the artifacts were really cool. Thanks for sharing mate.
You had made the comment about the location of the kitchen, back when those houses were built they kept the kitchens separated from the main house in case it were to catch fire.
Great video! Had the same thing happen to me when we were visiting the old historic and very haunted Myrtles Plantation here in Louisiana. As I was walking by one of the LOCKED doors, I literally heard the lock turn and the door creak open. I had to alert staff there because apparently it was an area of the home that was off limits. They came, locked it back up, said thank you for letting them know, and said they were quite used to that type of thing happening.
Love the porch! Great old house. Sad that no family member wanted the place. Or maybe no family to leave it to. At least it was a friendly spirit. Good adventure.
aww you locked the bat in when you shut the window..Love the video Michael, love exploring with ya makes me feel like I'm walking through the houses with ya..You should check out Victoria some time, we've got heaps of good d abandoned places. Stay safe x
The house is probably haunted. Have to admit years ago I moved into to rent this lovely oldfarm house and it had Cherry wood and was thinking it was nice with double sized rooms like 18x24, and my mother was with me when I ws takign soem things to the home in mid Winter ( snowy months in North east) and when we drove up driveway and got out of the cr, the door opened. the big door inside opened up inside toward kitchen and the SCREEN also opened up but on outside of building all t one time! Mom and I laughed and I said " the house must be welcoming us" But we wer joking thinkg the land lord was inside. Well NO ONE was inside! We went up and down stairs while inside and it took time as it was many rooms and NO ONE was inside. SCARY sort of, but I STILL did not beleive. My mom felt the home had a bad "feeling" As time wehnt on other doors opened up while I wa at aork, and then had party at the home after my brother and wife wer married and after reception many came to the home, and my grandmother was going to spend the night. She was just sitting in kitchen , she said to me " Someone just went up stairs and they do not belong here" I STILL could not believe and grandma said " OK do not believe me, but someone went upstairs and they are not family" ( I really had not heard so much about ghost things so had problems believing. But could tell you many things after that that happened but it would be too long and finally I HAD to leave could not handle it. Awakened by door flying open and seeing shadow person running through house. ( I almost had panic attack that night!) I really liked the home so much, and yet it was really too big and cost to much to heat, but in all of it mostly the ghosts were too much for me as time went on. It had to be as of the things went on were crazy. I never researched the home, as people did not know that kind of thing then. But later someone else moved in and they rented it, and found out that that person did end up killing himself in the home and what was worse yet, they BOTH ( husband and wife) went to school with me. Only he did it, but that was terrible and I would have told them before they moved in, had I known they were doing so. But they may not have listened, who knows? Too long a story but think you have the idea? So when door opened above I had to think of this. ONLY if you had another person inside to do it, and did not see anyone with you, so guess that was out. Also, you truly seemed surprised about it.
Lots of neat things in that place. And I thought I loved potted plants but holy cow someone there REALLY loved potted plants! I'll be it was pretty neat in it's day. Thanks for the show around.🌼
So sad there are so many old homes like this in Nth NSW usually on properties where the kids didn't want to farm, Dad has died and Mum usually ends up in a nursing home. Kitchens weren't part of the main house because when these old houses were built they had wood combustion stoves and having it separate stopped the main part getting hot in Summer and smokey.
Sweet little farm house, probably a sweet little spirit enjoyed a friendly visit with you. You seem like a kind and respectful person....I enjoy your videos, you're always so calm. Thanks for sharing.
That house was definitely old they don't make them like that anymore, it was strange how the door opened if I was you I would have thanked them for letting you come in for a visit and say goodbye when you leave i know that sounds weird but you just never know what soul is still there. Thanks for another great video , cheers. 😇
20:20 there seems to be a person standing outside ! Could be a pile of stuff also, the dolls dresses looking perfectly clean is very strange. The door opening wide on a windless day, just as you walk by it, would make my skin crawl too.
I saw it too totally looks like a girl in a dark colored dress with stripes on it maybe, I can make out two arms and legs but the face is blurry!!!! Wow creepy
I can relate to the ghostly door opening .. in Queensland part way along the Mundubbera / Durong Road a few clicks south of the town, there is an old abandoned Community Hall with a rainwater tank at the back. One day after stopping to get water when I opened the gate into the overgrown yard the door of the Hall which had been partly ajar slammed shut .. made me think the shade of some long forgotten deb was at hand. While we are on the subject .. when I was about 9 yo in Adelaide SA the door to an abandoned inner city building which had been locked tight every time I had been by was slightly open, it looked like it had been pulled closed but the catch had not taken properly, I gave it a shove and it swung open. Inside were bare floorboards and an empty receptionist's cubicle with no telephone, a broad set of stairs went upwards to a bare corridor with about three doors, as I got to the top of the stairs the door nearest the steps opened and a man dressed in old fashioned circa 1959 office clothing stepped out. He looked me up and down then went back in leaving the door open, I stuck my head in to find the room entirely bare and empty, I decamped .. there have been quite a few others :) Cheers.
Looks like it used to be a busy family home and farmhouse. Clearly had lots of eating space suggesting the lady of the house cooked for farmhands. I would imagine that she loved her home and life because of the atmosphere and her love of plants. Enjoyed the video.
As always, a great video. Looks like someone had been there only a little before you, things being gathered together, the dust the way it was... intriguing . Thanks again.
I guess this place wanted you to explore it before it's gone! Must have been a great house back in it's time. Just weird you have to go outside to get to the kitchen? Loved the baby pram n the crystal. Great adventure n thank you for sharing.
Interesting place. It looked like maybe someone removed everything they wanted from the house and left the rest. But strangely some of the items left looked to be nice things. The dining room looked totally out of place with rest of the house which looked destroyed or just empty. The dishes in the dish drainer looked like someone had just washed them. Sort of a spooky place !
A nice but strange house. Having to go outside to get to the kitchen, the door opening and the woman in the back yard. Good video, I enjoyed it alot. Thanks so much for sharing :)
In hot climates often times the kitchen would be kept away from the rest of the house because the kitchen would get hot while cooking and they didn't want that extra heat to get into the rest of the house. This would be before the days of air conditioning. Some houses had two kitchens. One in the house to use during winter so the rest of the house could benefit from the heat of the kitchen and an outside summer kitchen. The great grandmother of a friend of mine had a kitchen in the basement of the house to cook in during the summer so the rest of the little house would not heat up. Also she could use the stove up stairs and in the basement at the same time to cook lots of things at once for a party. Serious Jewish people sometimes have two kitchens as well to keep certain foods kosher esp during certain holidays and their Sabbath. Judging by your accent I'm assuming you're Australian. Granted I don't know much about Australia, I do know much of it is pretty darn hot, so that might be the reason for the separated kitchen. Yes, I heard the door unlatch and open. The wind seemed pretty still outside so I doubt the door was pushed or sucked open by the wind. And if it was indeed latched shut, the wind would not be able to open the door anyway. Some one was kind enough to let you in. Leave them an offering of thanks before you leave.
Just came across this one and pretty cool. The kitchen and bedrooms were for the summer. We rented an old farm house over 140 years and there was a summer kitchen away from the main house. It had a small staircase that went up to 4 bedrooms. It also helped control the heat in the summer and helped heat in the winter. It wasn’t uncommon back in the day to build summer rooms. Or some would just sleep on a screened porch if they were lucky. Lol.
Looks like this was a well-loved home for quite a while; shame the plants are dying, if any are still clinging to life I'd take them home - the owner woulda have wanted it!!
What I would not give to have the baby carraige! I've wanted one my entire life since I was about 4 yrs. old...I am now 75 & still want one. Like the English carriages. The one in this house, sadly left to ruin, is worth BIG BUCK$ because of its age.
Me? I would love to have it restored and keep it for what is left of my twilight years. Just to put my most precious doll in it & love looking at it in my bedroom every day. Viewing abandoned places for several years on you tube, at places all over the world, it is always such a shame to see the HUGE WASTE, of property and furnishings. No one appreciates anything anymore. Very heartbreaking and sad. Thing is, people today have never seen hard times...REALLY HARD times. Never learned a thing from their parents, grandparents great grandparents. How they lived and made it through the Great Depression, then WW2. Always grateful for every- thing they managed to accomplish afterwards. Descendants just walk away from it, let it rot....except for any CA$H if any left in the bank. No money? Not interested in *things* like grandpa & grandpas favorite chairs or dishes....lovely keepsakes. No, cannot $pend those for a new car or tv or garbage that lasts for about a year or less. Well, that's my take on these lovely old places left to ruin and the bulldozers, eventually when the taxes haven't been paid.
When my Grandmother died, me and my mom were like 2 of the only ones in our family that were excited about things like old tea cups / saucers & I loved going through her vinyl records. A bunch of my family were acting like gold digging jerks, made me sick. Went into the home and took things that were supposed to go to other family members via will and they just took shit worth lots of money. My cousin also found every jar or quarters which Tutu (Grandma in Hawaiian) & Papa (Grandpa in Hawaiian, Respectfully) had stashed all over the house. I actually really didn't want much that was passed down I was the only family member though who wanted the grave plot that was left in Seattle. Tutu and Papa lived in the desert in So Cal. But Tutu's mom lived up in Washington state, which is where I live. I thought free grave next to my great grandparents, sure! At least i'll be prepared!
OMG!!!! when spirits open doors...RUN!!!!! And snake skin,,,, At 20:15 ..I was waiting for the door to shut!..no escape.. lots of nice treasures. Was the 2 birds flamingos? Those were sweet. Awesome vid.
Nobody repects those things, leaving them to rot. Even though the owners of the property own those bit and pieces, they don't seem to think they have any value, not ensuring their safety, whether from mould or weather damage. It doesn't seem nice to say, but I'd understand someone taking them.
So sad that someone’s once lovely home has has to be left with possessions and to fall down. Respectfully done., thankyou. Wish you had a spirit box with you..wonder who opened the door for you,!? 🙋👍😘
Enjoyed your walk-thru on this house. I, too, was a little on edge when you walked past the door and about 15 steps away the door opened. Now that was an eye opener. Hopefully you were not alone on this walk thru. Anyway, where are we going next? Thanks again. Joanie
Having to go out on the veranda to get from kitchen to main part of house or vice-versa isn't as weird as you think. It was a common way to build houses in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Indeed the house I grew up in at Stockton was originally like that until my father built the back veranda into a room and widened the door into the kitchen. Access to bathroom and laundry was off the kitchen and the toilet was outside. Yep, typical early-20th century design.
we had one of those prams. It was handed down through the generations. We use to use it by sitting in it at the top of the hill and going down the hill. Had so many crashes in it but the pram never got damaged. Some of that furniture is worth a fair bit as it is making a massive comeback. The kids highchair stunning. Those dolls creepy but worth a fair bit. I want the laundry basin though. Cant get them these days.
such a shame, sad home that seen better days for sure :-( Creepy that the door opened as you walked by, yet everything seemed locked. Makes you kinda hesitant to go in...lol but you did an excellent job at documenting the inside, Thank you for sharing :-)
I'd be tempted to buy the land. Dolls were creepy. I have never seen a house with wooden slatted ceiling. And, those pointless ceiling roses next to the overhead light just coming out of the ceiling. That mounded bit on the wall looked like mold to me. Would hate to be the one to have to clear out the place.
Same way with their graves. a lot of graves that are not that old you never see a flower on them. Even their graves are forgotten. The same thing will happen to us one day.
So far I stumbled upon two of your videos and you're totally adorable. Thank you for actually being positive about bats🦇! Most people I know here in Western Washington state, USA freak out about bats like their all gross infectious vermin. But they're one of my favorite animals! I think they're so cute and I love when I hear them in the trees around here! That pram though! Wow! I wonder how old that thing is!? That was totally crazy how that door opened after you walked passed it, I heard it click open behind you, that have scared me too ! But awesome, it's like they were inviting you in to explore!
The ghost residing in that house seems to be a nice ghost. Makes me wonder how the person was when still alive. And it's like it's begging for someone to fix the home. And makes me wonder what happened to the family to just up and go or they just grow old and depart this earth and none of the children wanted it. It's a beautiful house it just needs a face lift to suit this era that's all.
would have been a great much loved home once, those termites. Just as bad as borer. Cool pram.,dolls etc. That thing on wall looks like fungi. Great explore tyvm
what an awesome find..That's the sought of house I'm looking for- less the termites of course lol. love the bullnose verandah, it would've been a beautiful house back in its hey day..Love yr videos Michael, you find some unreal homes.. looking forward to seeing heaps more gorgeous places..
Nice grandma had grandchildren. The family took what they wanted and left the rest.termite mound on the wall. I loved this explore it really told a story.
The Seamstress yes that’s exactly what happened. They go and take what they want and any valuable things and then just leave the rest. I worked with older people and when they passed the family members just went took the paperwork and any kind of cash and jewelry and strong boxes. And would call a thrift shop to come and take everything.
From the use of slats throughout, square footprint, the curved corrugated tin roof, certain colors, trim detail, basic simplicity: I would say 1900-1910 Chinese national fleeing the boxer rebellion. We have them in our area also.
I absolutely believe that door opened for you. I've had similar things happen with me. So cool... cool and kinda creepy.

Wow! :)
Spot on and enjoyed reading what you wrote.. Australia does have its fair share off dwellings, with ghosts, and other paranormal activity,👻👻😀
The "stubby" as you called is a "Koozie" in America.
Maybe there were nasty sprites before your dad moved in & maybe he refuses to go into the 'light' & stays there in sprite or the other sprite (s) won't let him leave & don't forget the dead girl friend. Strange stuff.

Very interesting read, thank you for sharing. I bet you are a good story teller☺
I loved this one. the old lady invited you in to show you her dolls and hobbies. She must have had a son and kept all this baby things too.
Well done, Michael. Thank you for documenting this interesting old house before it disappears-a partial, teaser snapshot of a life and a world that will never exist again.
Your kind heart shines through again in your comments about the dog pics and the little bat. Thank you for that as well.
Again, well done.
That was a bit spooky how the door opened for you! Cool explore, property, house & goods. Thx, Michael!
Dolls are pretty clean looking, almost set like a prop
:)
I always am sad when I see things left to rot. It was a beautiful explore. Thank you for sharing

That was a good one. What a beautiful spot that house was sitting on. I liked those birds also. Cheers!

The spirit seems to be fond of the home and probably spent nice peaceful times in those beautiful surroundings. Thanks.

NOT ALL AMERICA KIDS VANDALIZE . THATS NOT RIGHT TO SAY
DON'T BLAME EVERY AMERICA KID FOR VANDALIZING PLACE'S. NOT ALL KIDS DO THAT

There seems funny that so many things in that house is so clean and white. I collect dolls and I can't believe how nice those dolls looked, like they hadn't been there for long.
What a INTERESTING HONE . Very well kept . So beautiful to see . Thank you young man .
The natural world takes back what we abandon. What a great old house. I'm glad you filmed it before it was gone.
It was odd how clean and white those dolls were..
Because the dolls are alive their the ones that opened the door.
I thought the same thing.
Love the porch! Great old house. Sad that no family member wanted the place. Or maybe no family to leave it to. At least it was a friendly spirit. Good adventure.
Thanks ~ loved sight seeing with you, due to the respect shown to the homes past during your walk about.
aww you locked the bat in when you shut the window..Love the video Michael, love exploring with ya makes me feel like I'm walking through the houses with ya..You should check out Victoria some time, we've got heaps of good d abandoned places.
What a excellent story really creepy and so intresting wow cheers
Lots of neat things in that place. And I thought I loved potted plants but holy cow someone there REALLY loved potted plants! I'll be it was pretty neat in it's day. Thanks for the show around.🌼
That door opening would have been my excuse to run 🏃♀️! You are brave!
It is sad
Sweet little farm house, probably a sweet little spirit enjoyed a friendly visit with you. You seem like a kind and respectful person....I enjoy your videos, you're always so calm. Thanks for sharing.
:)
That door just opened?!
That's about the time I put it in reverse and leave.
That house was definitely old they don't make them like that anymore, it was strange how the door opened if I was you I would have thanked them for letting you come in for a visit and say goodbye when you leave i know that sounds weird but you just never know what soul is still there. Thanks for another great video , cheers. 😇
That was sad. So many lovely things left behind.
This has been the most enjoyable house tour I've ever watched. I love the concept of ghosts and spirits. Thank you so much for showing this video.
Wow creepy
I see it to. Looks like a little girl in a dark dress. Just a little creepy for sure.
Brilliant, very much enjoyed this house, think the ghost is the lady in the picture on the dining room table, she never left.
Why should she leave, it was her house, her pride and joy.
She doesn't have to leave, I just meant she is there and there to stay.
Wow, cool!
That's right. It means you're welcome to enter. Just becareful.
Spooky place. God bless you 😇 you and take care always.
I guess this place wanted you to explore it before it's gone! Must have been a great house back in it's time. Just weird you have to go outside to get to the kitchen? Loved the baby pram n the crystal. Great adventure n thank you for sharing.
Kitchens were built in a seperate building far enough from the house to avoid more damage from a kitchen fire.
Jan Badinski thanks I didn't know that. makes sense.
Thx, a reflection of my construction family.
That was a creepy looking photograph on the table 😬 great video!
I agree!
@@erinbricker-urbanhistorian5803 The picture to me looked like a nice old lady or a priest maybe.
old times dark-room photo shop :D
Interesting place. It looked like maybe someone removed everything they wanted from the house and left the rest. But strangely some of the items left looked to be nice things. The dining room looked totally out of place with rest of the house which looked destroyed or just empty. The dishes in the dish drainer looked like someone had just washed them. Sort of a spooky place !
I LOVE THE OUTSIDE CHIRPING . LOVE THAT SOUND. GREAT VIDEO THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS VIDEO. BEAUTIFUL PLANTS. OLD BABY BUGGY.
A nice but strange house. Having to go outside to get to the kitchen, the door opening and the woman in the back yard. Good video, I enjoyed it alot. Thanks so much for sharing :)
Thank you for sharing lovely old place, think I would of ran when that door opened.
I also might have ran
Must've been a beautiful home at one time. Sad to see it in ruins..
The old photo was creepy AF
That's who opened the door...lol
Just came across this one and pretty cool. The kitchen and bedrooms were for the summer. We rented an old farm house over 140 years and there was a summer kitchen away from the main house. It had a small staircase that went up to 4 bedrooms. It also helped control the heat in the summer and helped heat in the winter. It wasn’t uncommon back in the day to build summer rooms. Or some would just sleep on a screened porch if they were lucky. Lol.
That Jug looks new and the milk Bottle also, was the electricity on, it looks like a squatter might have fled when you arrived.
Nice good ghost must be lonely an was glad to see life come to the house
There are clean spots on the top of the TV something’s were moved very recently. Amazing house and thankfully not vandalized!
To bad someone couldn't save that tv/raido combo it seems to be in really good shape
I am not sure I could get my nerve up to go in that house once the door opened. Thanks for sharing.
Looks like this was a well-loved home for quite a while; shame the plants are dying, if any are still clinging to life I'd take them home - the owner woulda have wanted it!!
It's crazy how sharp those eyes of the old lady in the picture became, right before the picture went off screen. Piercing
The black things on the upper walls are termites. Thanks for sharing!
What I would not give to have the baby carraige! I've wanted one
my entire life since I was about 4 yrs. old...I am now 75 & still want
one. Like the English carriages. The one in this house, sadly left to
ruin, is worth BIG BUCK$ because of its age.
Me? I would love to have it restored and keep it for what is left of
my twilight years. Just to put my most precious doll in it & love
looking at it in my bedroom every day.
Viewing abandoned places for several years on you tube, at places
all over the world, it is always such a shame to see the HUGE WASTE,
of property and furnishings. No one appreciates anything anymore.
Very heartbreaking and sad. Thing is, people today have never seen
hard times...REALLY HARD times. Never learned a thing from their
parents, grandparents great grandparents. How they lived and made
it through the Great Depression, then WW2. Always grateful for every-
thing they managed to accomplish afterwards. Descendants just walk
away from it, let it rot....except for any CA$H if any left in the bank.
No money? Not interested in *things* like grandpa & grandpas favorite
chairs or dishes....lovely keepsakes. No, cannot $pend those for a new
car or tv or garbage that lasts for about a year or less.
Well, that's my take on these lovely old places left to ruin and the bulldozers,
eventually when the taxes haven't been paid.
I believe that nobody should go alone to those abandoned places anything can happen... just saying O_o
OMG!!!! when spirits open doors...RUN!!!!! And snake skin,,,, At 20:15 ..I was waiting for the door to shut!..no escape.. lots of nice treasures. Was the 2 birds flamingos? Those were sweet. Awesome vid.
That door was crazy!!! It did want you to come in and discover it!! And I got my "shit" right off the bat!!! Thanks another fascinating discovery!!!
Jesus those termites are crazy!!
Edit: Love the old sunbeam mixer!
Joanie
Thank you for the ❤. Can't wait to catch up on your videos. How do you get highlighted comments?
Wow. Can't believe the dolls are still there. They are pretty clean and still white
Yes, it would have been a lovely house/home in its heyday...
Loved it! Yep definitely a ghostly invite. Hope the little bat can get out.
Nice telly, used to have one like it. Nice antiques, love them. Nice horse property. Does it have a barn?
:) It all looks nice
I would have had to poke that coral looking thing with a stick to see what was in it. I never can leave well enough alone.
we had one of those prams. Cant get them these days.
jos hello We had one of the prams too. It copped a flogging. My brothers ended up taking the wheels and axles off for their billycarts
I sold our one got 400.00 for it even with the flap thingy broken hahaha
the dolls were in really good shape for having been sitting there for years.
such a shame, sad home that seen better days for sure :-( Creepy that the door opened as you walked by, yet everything seemed locked.
I've never herd of Hobytex but i did used to have the brides doll on the left, when i was a little girl!! Holy Shit i feel old!!LOL Great house Mate.
I collect old dolls 1800 1900 the old pram I have one similar.
Very special indeed.
Such a shame to leave them there to deteriorate.
😩
After I saw the snake skin I would of been out of there
wendy foster yup they
i love looking at the old places. its such a shame that our history is being left to the ravages of time
Same here, I love exploring old abandoned houses.
very nice old place mate, keep it up and hello to all the ghosts too
It's so sad. People just die and forgotten.. Everything just rots away..
Same way with their graves. a lot of graves that are not that old you never see a flower on them. Even their graves are forgotten. The same thing will happen to us one day.
I believe in ghost or spirit so I think it’s possible. That’s. About a 1950’s TV & stereo system. Very nice.
:)
There was a spirit in that house. Enjoyed the tour. Thanks

@@charlottereed8060 If I had a few more letters I might be able to respond. 😉
I also love bats. They eat mosquitos, and I hate mosquitos. I am going to build bat houses on my property. Hopefully they will move in.
@@griseldamoony7086 I hate mosquitoes too, they love to drink my blood. If they are around I always get bit!
@@Sindollx666x me too! I am not pleased to be so delicious to them. Lol
At--10:57-- is black mold, very dangerous & can be deadly. Nasty stuff ! I like the telly & the dolls. My mom had a doll collection.
It was country hospitality to open the door for you
Thanks for sharing your adventures, Its nice to be able to see what's on the other side of a window or door up close.
:)
would have been a great much loved home once, those termites. Just as bad as borer. Cool pram.,dolls etc. That thing on wall looks like fungi. Great explore tyvm
:)
Yup! Black mold, nasty stuff.
Not black mold termite pooh, but still bad.
I love this one..I’ve watched it over and over..it has a good vibe
:)
what an awesome find..That's the sought of house I'm looking for- less the termites of course lol. love the bullnose verandah, it would've been a beautiful house back in its hey day..Love yr videos Michael, you find some unreal homes.. looking forward to seeing heaps more gorgeous places..
I love the doll carriage. I wish it could be saved.
Cool
Abandoned houses don't spook me, they make me sad :(
That was like a invite
Come In 🏠
The door 🚪 is open
I love old places like that, if only the walls could talk
Except for the toilet walls....
Well known gossipy family named Wall..."Boy those Walls can talk"....
LOVE the stained glass windows.
The dolls look clean and new furniture retro people love this sort of stuff sell it and give proceeds to the needy .
