Lekin balance sheet mai 2750 diya hai, to ham ye ni conclude kr sakte ki jo difference hai utne ka asset sale hua ho and proportionately revalution of 300 kam krke fir uspe extra depriciation lage. ?? Aapne bola bhi 32:00 pe ki PPE 750 se kam hoga to utna proportionate revaluation amount bhi to kam hoga na.

why do we have to reduce inventory from Retained earnings and NCI in Q8 when we are making consolidated financial statements on 31.03.20X3 by including carrying values of Blue heaven & Orange Country as on 31.03.20X3 as given in ICAI Solution Alternate 2
it is adjustment - as we show all the assets/liab at FV on DOA....but if the inventory is sold before cfs date ..we reverse the FV increase in inventory from POST acquisitions profits (same in case of ppe)

Because when inventory Is sold why only fair value of inventory(100) is subtracted from consolidated cfs whereas complete inventory(600) has been sold and new inventory is purchased(550)?? Please explain 🙏 As per my understanding:- Carrying amount on acquisition date (700+600)=1300 On 31-03-03 Increase of 100 in parent Less 600 of stock sold Plus closing inventory of orange 550 This is also coming to 1350.
