Congratulations! We're building with Ryan Homes in MD. I hate that you all went through so many issues with your builder, but your house is beautiful and it's yours now! Can't wait to see the empty house tour and the decorating vlogs! Congrats again!

I’m going through my process new construction home process now and it’s definitely a journey praying it all works out in the end.
First I have to say that you two have such a beautiful family!
My husband and I are currently going through the new build process and it hasn’t been the best at time. But for me the timeline with the process is what’s bugging me the most. We signed our contract back in late February and they haven’t started framing our home yet. We’re told we likely won’t close until January or February next year. I guess new construction is super slow in MO??
Kim I’m going through the same thing. We signed our contract in July and they have not started anything yet. We were told that we won’t close until January/February 2022, so I pray for a great experience for is all. Congratulations.

I went under contract may 1 and the just starting framing yesterday. I have been told delays are to be expected but my nerves werent set up for this. You have to have tons of patience for this process. Good luck to yall and congrats on the new house.
@@mrs.joejoe6424 WOW seems like where you are new construction is normal. Congrats!! It’s been a long road for us. It’s looking like it maybe a year from sign to close for us. Ugh. But I know it’s totally a blessing to be able to build a new home. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

So happy to see that you finally closed!! Can't blame Darius at all in the beginning with all the shenanigans and whatnot. We signed our contract back in April and are waiting to get our preconstruction meeting scheduled, so it's been fun and informative to watch you guys go through this process. And Let me tell you, me and my hubby were watching the end of this like, we feel that "I got the keys the keys the keys", but we want to see that they work....open that door first 😂😂🤣🤣. Congratulations to you guys, been a long time coming.
