Years ago, my girlfriend and I were getting evicted. She had 4 children. I had talked to an older couple about renting a house, but they said it would be a couple more weeks. Monday, we would be homeless. I went to church, and they had a guest speaker. My friend and I were 5 minutes late and had to sit in the back. About 2 minutes into the sermon, the guest speaker stopped talking. He pointed to me and asked me to come up. I said, "Me," he said, "Yes, you." I told him what was going on. He said, God is telling me to tell you, go to the house after service. They will be there and hand you the keys. They were there and handed me the keys. Praise be to God!!! Amen. ❤
God is so good, it's amazes me still after more than 25 years being a Christian to see how God will go out his way to meet his children needs and make a way where is no way! May God continue to bless and showing up in your life and who ever reads this!! I always feel uplifted when hearing Joels sermons. This is almost always when i am doing a chore i dont want to do. However, when i have the time to actually sit down and watch, i get distracted on the sermon because I feel that he is looking 99.9 percent of the time only at the camera and not focusing on the congregation. I dont know why this bothers me but it does, and then i feel guilty about thinking this. Also, when referring to an event in the bible, i wish the chapter and verse would be reference. Again, this makes me feel bad. What is wrong with me?
This sounds so much like me. I'm always worrying about tomorrow and drawling over the past. I made a lot of mistakes and hurt a lot of people and I have so much regrets especially with my three beautiful children and grandchildren. I have a hard time forgiving myself. My son one time told me that I am my own worsted enemy and that's so true. Plus my son and oldest sister told me I can't change the past but I can focus on today and do better and my oldest sister says that she has faith in me Love my children and grandchildren so much I want to be there for them and do right. Need to have more faith in myself

Honestly I've been stressing losted all my teeth married with kids can't get a job because of my situation and have a kid with autism

I always feel uplifted when hearing Joels sermons. This is almost always when i am doing a chore i dont want to do. However, when i have the time to actually sit down and watch, i get distracted on the sermon because I feel that he is looking 99.9 percent of the time only at the camera and not focusing on the congregation. I dont know why this bothers me but it does, and then i feel guilty about thinking this. Also, when referring to an event in the bible, i wish the chapter and verse would be reference. Again, this makes me feel bad. What is wrong with me?

This sounds so much like me. I'm always worrying about tomorrow and drawling over the past. I made a lot of mistakes and hurt a lot of people and I have so much regrets especially with my three beautiful children and grandchildren. I have a hard time forgiving myself. My son one time told me that I am my own worsted enemy and that's so true. Plus my son and oldest sister told me I can't change the past but I can focus on today and do better and my oldest sister says that she has faith in me Love my children and grandchildren so much I want to be there for them and do right. Need to have more faith in myself

I have been upset over my poor driving skills as I’m learning to drive, and that I was worried about not getting a job in the future when I haven’t even entered university. So I couldn’t enjoy the present, and that my worries weren’t helping at all.
