Yakuza 0 (Part 3): Neo Investigates Tetsu Tachibana & Does a Bunch of Other Stuff (Again)

Title says it all, really! It's more of the same as the last episode, only THIS time Neo plans to make some actual progression with his investigation into the mysterious Testu Tachibana this time IN ADDITION to whatever crazy tomfoolery he finds himself in along the way, intentionally or not!
Starting things off, Neo finds himself helping a dominatrix give herself a confidence boost that she can apply to her job in a way that is as hilarious as it is humiliating to Neo, which makes Neo start questioning what he is doing with his life.
Shortly after, Neo finds himself being roped into helping Papillon Kato help C.F. (Copyright-Friendly) Steven Spielberg and C.F. Michael Jackson make a zombie music video, which makes Neo start questioning what he is doing with his life.
Following this, Neo begins his investigation into Tachibana proper and starts looking into a business owner who recently lost his business near Theater Square, and along the way to where this man was located Neo unexpectedly runs into Bacchus and another associate of his, a fierce woman named Miss Tatsu, who Kiryu learns a new fighting style called "Beast Style" after observing the woman in action, which Neo THEN uses to help Miss Tatsu fend off some cowardly criminals who wanted to ambush the woman when her back was turned, which THEN leads to Bacchus convincing Miss Tetsu to help train Kiryu in Beast Style whenever she is able to, thus giving Neo another combat instructor to spend time with at his leisure.
Neo then resumes his investigation, finding the business owner he heard about and learning some information about the men who harassed the owner in question that points him in the direction of the Hakua Building over by Shichifuku Street, which Neo immediately heads towards to follow-up on this new lead. It is here that he meets the last business owner who's been standing his ground on moving out of the Hakua Building whereas all the others were driven out by the Tachibana Group, and the man reveals to Kiryu that a Yakuza group called the "Jinsei Family", a Tojo Clan subsidiary that rankss about 4 tiers down, that used to run the protection racket where the Hakua Building resides were driven out by the Tachibana Group along with the other business owners, and how the owner has been continually harassed into selling his business and clearing out so the Tachibana Group can lay claim to the whole building. As this is being explained to Kiryu, a group of men representing the Tachibana group show up and try making the owner an offer he can't refuse, and Kiryu steps in to try to protect the man, only to see his efforts to help the shop keeper quickly go up in smoke upon seeing the man greedily take up the Tachibana men on their offer even after they turn tail and leave...
Time passes, and Neo learns his next lead is in the form of some of the homeless men the Tachibana group used to harass the shop keeper, but before he follows up on it Neo decides to look into doing some more substories, which leads to him helping a high school girl get out of a burusera ring she found herself being strung into.
Neo THEN goes bowling, just because he can, and after playing a game he finds himself forming a new friendship with one of the bowling alley's staff members, a woman named Emily.
Neo THEN forms a similar new bond with a convienence store employee named Miho, and once Neo figures out how to quickly max out her friendship bar he does so, earning Neo his first real friend since starting the game (main story characters and the other side characters up to this point don't count, because they don't have friendship bars), making Neo feel proud of himself.
Later still, Neo finds himself helping Kikuchi, the officer who regularly stops and searches him, get over the issues that were preventing him from pursuing his role as a police officer in a serious capacity, and it involves punching people.
Neo THEN decides, first unwittingly THEN willingly, help Kiryu go on two back-to-back dates with Rosie Palms, which makes Neo start questioning what he is doing with his life (sensing a pattern here?).
Afterwards, Neo decides to train with Bachhus' associates a bit in order to try to learn new moves for Rush and Beast styles, before FINALLY following up on the lead he was given on the homeless men that were tied to Tachibana...
