Watching this from Australia where we sadly have no thatched cottages. Absolutely beautiful to me even before you go inside. Such charm, though I know that the re thatching every 25years or so is not cheap. And even if I wanted that type of roof, I am sure that we are rather short on roof thatchers in this country.

Gawd, this place looks like it's frozen in 1982. Extremely dated and frankly, dismal. I'd make an offer for the grounds only. The house is a tear down.
