The part of multitasking is that at any one time, you are focusing on one thing. Even if you have three businesses, it's one business at a time. I have 2business and am in the process of starting a 3rd and 4th. But for me to be sure that I will give the following businesses the time they deserve to get off the ground, I have to have systems that work in the first two businesses so that I only look at the dashboard of that business to be sure that they are still on track

Exactly. Running multiple businesses eventually just becomes management and maintenance, which opens up your time for other ventures.
