9800x3d is better in newer areas and very populated cities like Dornogal, raids, and BGs. In older zones and open spaces, 7800x3d and 9800x3d will give you almost this same performance because you will get GPU bottlenecked. 4080 and 7900xtx are almost this same performance in WoW, so i think 7900xt is a little bit weaker.
@ yes I notice. 7800x3d vs 9800x3d I just compare with someone. Even that I have better fps then 9800x3d. I tweak a lot bios, optimization, ddr overclock etc.. Question why did you change amd gpu instead GeForce?
